RAFFLE OF ONE (1) GIFT CARD WORTH 500€ FOR ALL MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS (LEVEL 1, 2 AND 3) FOR MAKING, ON THE SAME DAY, A MINIMUM OF FOUR (4) PURCHASES BETWEEN 24 APRIL AND 11 MAY 2025 AT LAS ROZAS VILLAGE
THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL APPLY IN RESPECT OF MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS PARTICIPATING IN THIS LAS ROZAS VILLAGE RAFFLE:
  1. The Organiser is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., NIF B-60.689.486 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Organiser’), which manages the Las Rozas Village outlet centre (the ‘Village’). The Organiser can be contacted at its registered office at La Roca Village s/n, 08.430 La Roca del Vallès (Barcelona).
  2. The Organiser sets out below the terms and conditions of the prize draw (the ‘Rules’ and the ‘Prize Draw’, respectively), which are exclusively aimed at all Members of Membership who make a minimum of four (4) purchases on the same day during the Term, in any of the establishments or boutiques in the Village. The period to enter the Sweepstakes is April 24 through May 11, 2025 (the ‘Term’).
  3. The territorial scope of this Sweepstakes extends to the territory of Spain, i.e. both mainland and island.
  4. To be eligible to participate, Membership members must:
  • Scan their purchases made during the Term at any of the Las Rozas Village shops. Any purchases not scanned will not be counted under any circumstances.
  • Be previously registered in Membership or be registered at the time of purchase.
  • If they are registered in Membership, they must have given their consent or consent at that time to receive e-mail communications from the Organiser. It is expressly stated that without such authorisation the customer will not be able to participate in the action, even if they are registered in Membership.
  • Upon fulfilment of the above conditions, the customer will receive an email confirming that their purchases have been correctly registered and that they are therefore entitled to participate in the prize draw, which they must confirm, if they so wish, by clicking on the option that will be expressly included in the email to that effect within the period ending on 11 May 2025. In other words, you will only become a participant once you have expressly confirmed your participation, in due time and form, in the terms indicated above.
  1. The prize will consist of one (1) gift card (the ‘Gift Card’) to the value of five hundred (500) Euros (the ‘Prize’) valid for one (1) year from collection of the Prize as set out in paragraph 9 below. Only one entry per person will be allowed in the Prize Draw and there will be only one (1) winner. The Gift Card is subject to its own terms and conditions as reflected or accessible on the Gift Card.
  2. The Prize Draw will take place on 15 May 2025. The winner will be chosen at random via the random.org platform. The winner will receive an email notification confirming that he/she is the winner of the Prize Draw, to which he/she must reply with his/her contact details (name, surname, address, landline and/or mobile phone number, ID number and email address) and will be informed by the Organiser of the place of collection. The deadline for replying to the e-mail and providing your details will be seven (7) calendar days from the sending of the notification by the Organiser (membership@lasrozasvillage.com). If no reply is received or if the winner expressly renounces, the Prize corresponding to the winner who has not replied or renounced will be forfeited.
  3. The Prize may not be, in whole or in part, transferable or exchangeable for its cash value, or for alternative prizes, even of lesser value.
  4. The Prize does not extend to any other concept that is not expressly specified, including, but not limited to, the following exclusions:
  • Per diems;
  • Transfers;
  • Fees and taxes, including those derived from the Prize.

  1. Collection period: The maximum period for the physical collection of the Prize will be until 31 July 2025. After this date, the winner will lose his/her right to the Prize and the Prize will be deemed void, without the winner being entitled to any compensation whatsoever. Each winner must prove their identity by showing their ID card, passport and/or driving licence to the Concierge Services staff at Las Rozas Village. Each winner must sign the letter of receipt of the Prize at the same place.

  2. The following persons may not participate in this prize draw and, therefore, may not be winners:

  • Persons under 18 years of age;
  • Partners, managers and employees of the Organiser, nor of Las Rozas Village, nor of La Roca Village, nor of the other companies in the group of companies that apply the concept of The Bicester Collection, the agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers, direct or indirect collaborators who have participated in the development of the same, nor the children and direct relatives of all of the above.

If, for any reason, a person listed in the above paragraph is a winner, the Organiser may disqualify the participant and withdraw/invalidate the Prize for non-compliance with the participation requirements. Any attempt at fraud may be prosecuted by the Organiser and to this end, the Organiser reserves the right to initiate any actions that may correspond to it in order to claim damages and any other rights it may have. In that case, the Draw would be carried out again to choose a new winner. In any case, the Organiser is exonerated from liability for the fraudulent participation of third parties and for the bad practices of these, external to the Organiser, in the promotion and development of the Sweepstakes. 11. The Organizer shall not be liable for cases of force majeure or for acts not directly attributable to it that may prevent the winner from fully or partially enjoying their Prize. The Organizer accepts no liability for entries not successfully completed due to technical failure, computer or software failure, or any type of satellite, network, or server failure. 12. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative prize of equivalent or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond the Organizer's control. 13. Mere participation in the Giveaway constitutes full acceptance of these Rules, implying that the participant has read and understood them and expressly accepts their entire content, without reservation or limitation. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms and conditions of this Giveaway at any time, and undertakes to communicate the new Terms and Conditions, or final cancellation, if applicable. In particular, if, due to force majeure beyond the Organizer's control, the Village(s) must be closed to the public and therefore the Giveaway cannot be held, the participant may not make any claims to the Organizer. 15. The participant acknowledges and accepts that the Organizer provides no guarantees regarding the Prize that the winner may acquire in the Giveaway. 16. In compliance with current legislation, where applicable, the Organizer will withhold and pay the corresponding Personal Income Tax to the Prize winner and will declare the Prize awarded on the corresponding tax forms. Any tax implications that obtaining the Prize has on the winner's tax status will be borne by the winner, and therefore the Organizer will be released from any liability. 17. The winner of the Giveaway accepts and authorizes that their name and/or image may be published upon receiving their Prize on the Organizer's website and social media if the Organizer so deems appropriate, as well as on any other commercial, advertising, or communication medium that the Organizer may use or contract (internal or external) to inform and publicize the results of the Giveaway. This authorization is granted solely for this purpose, and is non-exclusive and non-transferable. Each winner agrees to participate, under reasonable terms, in subsequent publicity initiatives that the Organizer may request. 18. These Rules are governed by Spanish law. Failure by a participant to comply with any of the rules and regulations established in these Rules will result in immediate disqualification and expulsion from the Giveaway, with forfeiture of the Prize, if applicable. 19. Participants and the Organizer agree that any disputes that may arise in the interpretation or execution of these Rules will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona. 20.
