THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL APPLY TO ALL MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS PARTICIPATING IN THIS LAS ROZAS VILLAGE DRAW: The Organiser is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., with Tax ID B‑60.689.486 (hereinafter the “Organiser”, “Las Rozas Village”, used interchangeably), the entity managing the Las Rozas Village centre (the “Village”). The Organiser can be contacted at its registered address in La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, Postcode 08430 (Barcelona). The Organiser sets out below the rules governing the draw (the “Rules” and the “Draw”, respectively), aimed exclusively at Membership members who, on a single day, any day within the period between 2 and 8 February 2026, both inclusive (the “Period”), make purchases amounting to a minimum of €500 in any of the Village’s establishments or boutiques. To participate, Membership members must: Scan their purchases made during the Period in any of the boutiques and food & beverage establishments in the Village that have a scanner, meaning all except “Starbucks”, which is excluded from this promotion. Purchases that are not scanned will not be counted under any circumstances. Be previously registered in Membership or register at the time of making such purchases. Being registered in Membership, they must have given consent, or give it at that moment, to receive email communications from the Organiser. It is expressly stated that without such authorisation, the customer will not be able to participate in the promotion, even if registered in Membership. Once the above conditions have been met, the customer will receive an email confirming that their purchases have been correctly recorded and that, therefore, they are entitled to participate in the Draw, which they must confirm, if they so wish, by clicking the option expressly included for that purpose in said email. That is, they will only become a participant once they have expressly confirmed their participation under the terms described above. The Draw will take place once the Period has ended; specifically, on 10 February 2026. The prize will consist of a PDPAOLA jewellery set valued at €134 (the “Prize”). Only one entry per person will be permitted in the Draw and there will be one (1) single winner of the Prize. The winner will be chosen at random through the platform random.org. The winner will receive a notification by email confirming that they are the winner of the Draw, to which they must reply with their contact details (name, surname(s), address, landline and/or mobile phone number, ID card, and email address). They will then be informed by the Organiser of the place where the Prize is to be collected. The deadline for replying to the email and providing their details is seven (7) calendar days from the date the Organiser sends the notification. If no reply is received, or if the winner expressly renounces the Prize, the corresponding Prize will be declared void. The Prize may not be transferred or exchanged, in whole or in part, for its cash value or for alternative prizes, not even of lower value. The Prize does not cover any other items not expressly specified, including but not limited to the following exclusions: Expenses; Transfers; Fees and taxes, including those deriving from the Prize and the tourist tax. Prize collection period: The maximum period for physical collection of the Prize will be until 31 March 2026. After this date, the winner will lose their right to the Prize and it will be declared void, without the winner being entitled to any form of compensation. The winner must prove their identity by showing the Las Rozas Village Concierge Services staff their ID card, Passport and/or Driving Licence. The winner must sign the Prize receipt letter at the same location. The following individuals may not participate in this Draw and therefore cannot be declared winners: Minors under 18 years of age; Partners, directors and employees of the Organiser, of La Roca Village, of Las Rozas Village, or of any other companies within the group applying the concept of The Bicester Collection, agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers, direct or indirect collaborators who have taken part in the creation of the promotion, as well as their children and direct relatives. If, for any reason, a person listed above is declared winner, the Organiser may deregister/disqualify the participant and withdraw/invalidate the Prize for not meeting the participation requirements. Any attempt at fraud may be pursued by the Organiser, which reserves the right to initiate any actions necessary to claim damages and any other rights it may have. In such a case, the Draw would be repeated to select a new winner. In any case, the Organiser shall not be held responsible for fraudulent participation by third parties or for their bad practices, unrelated to the Organiser, in promoting and running the Draw. The Organiser will not be liable for cases of force majeure, or acts not directly attributable to it, which may prevent the winner from fully or partially enjoying their Prize. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical failure, computer or software malfunction, or any satellite, network or server failure. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control. Participation in the Draw implies full acceptance of these Rules, meaning that the participant has read and understood them and expressly accepts their full content without reservations or limitations. In particular, if for reasons of force majeure beyond the Organiser’s control the Village must be closed to the public and therefore the Draw cannot take place, participants shall not be entitled to make any claim against the Organiser. The participant acknowledges and accepts that the Organiser gives no guarantee regarding the Prize awarded to the winner in the Draw. In compliance with applicable legislation, where relevant, the Organiser will make the corresponding withholding and payment on account of Personal Income Tax for the Prize awarded to the winner, and will declare the Prize in the relevant tax forms. Any tax implications arising from obtaining the Prize in the winner’s tax situation shall be borne by the winner, and the Organiser is hence released from any liability. The Winner of the Draw accepts and authorises that mention of their name and/or image collecting their Prize may be published on the Organiser’s website and social media channels if the Organiser so decides, as well as on any other commercial, advertising or media platform (internal or external) used or contracted by the Organiser, in order to inform and make public the result of the Draw. This authorisation is granted solely for this purpose, on a non‑exclusive and non‑transferable basis. The winner undertakes to participate, within reasonable terms, in any subsequent advertising initiatives requested by the Organiser. For the purposes of applicable regulations, it is noted that the territorial scope of the Draw is limited to the territory of the Autonomous Community of Madrid. These Rules are therefore governed by Law 6/2001, of 3 July, on Gambling in the Community of Madrid, and, subsidiarily, by the Spanish law that applies. Failure by the participant to comply with any of the rules and regulations set out in these Rules will result in their immediate disqualification and removal from the Draw, including loss of the Prize, where applicable. Participants and the Organiser accept that any disputes arising in connection with the interpretation or execution of these Rules shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona and their hierarchical superiors.
