TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE “SCRATCH & WIN” FOR MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS – WHO MEET THE CONDITIONS – BETWEEN 6 JULY AND 30 AUGUST 2026 AT LAS ROZAS VILLAGE
- The Organiser is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., with tax ID number B-60.689.486 (hereinafter the “Organiser”, “Las Rozas Village” interchangeably), the entity that manages the Las Rozas Village shopping centre (the “Village”). The Organiser can be contacted at its registered office at La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, postcode 08430 (Barcelona).
- The Organiser will carry out a promotion from 6 July to 30 August 2026 – both dates inclusive – consisting of handing out one (1) “Scratch & Win” card (the “Cards” or, individually, the “Card”) to certain Membership members – who meet the conditions set out below – enabling them to win gifts and/or certain experiences or benefits provided by the Organiser itself, participating boutiques within the Village and/or other external partners (collectively, the “Partners”).
- The promotion (the “Promotion”) will take place from 6 July 2026 to 30 August 2026 (or earlier if stocks of Cards run out), both dates inclusive (the “Term”).
- Specifically, all individuals who are Membership members and meet the following requirements may participate in the Promotion (the “Customers” or, individually, the “Customer”):
- Customers will be entitled to receive one Card for every two hundred and fifty Euros (€250) (taxes excluded) spent on purchases within the same week during any week within the Term, in any of the Village’s establishments (the “Purchases”). In any case, each Customer may accumulate up to a maximum of three (3) Cards per week of shopping in the Village. Weekly periods will correspond to calendar weeks, i.e. from Monday to Sunday. Thus, a Customer may accumulate the maximum of three (3) Cards when their Purchases made within the same calendar week (Monday to Sunday, both inclusive) reach at least seven hundred and fifty Euros (€750), excluding taxes. Once that week has passed, the count will restart; and so on for each calendar week within the Term.
- Customers must be registered in “Membership” or register at the time of making their Purchases.
- Scan their customer code (the “Code”) at the time of making Purchases in the Village in order to register their Purchases and prove their status indicated above.
- In addition to these terms, the Membership programme’s own terms and conditions may apply to this Promotion.
- Customers who visit Las Rozas Village and demonstrate compliance with the above conditions will have access to the corresponding number of Cards, which they may collect at the Village’s “Concierge Services” area.
Without prejudice to the above, Customers must present to Concierge Services staff: (i) their Code; (ii) their ID card, passport (or similar photographic identification document); and (iii) copies of the corresponding purchase receipts in order to receive their Card(s). 6. Each Card is personal and non-transferable, as is the right to receive it. Therefore, to receive a Card, all Purchases must have been made by the same Customer, who must personally comply with all applicable terms and conditions. 7. Customers must scratch their Card(s) immediately upon receipt, i.e. within the Concierge Services area and in the presence of staff designated by the Organiser. Otherwise, if the Card is a winning Card, the Customer must present the original Card together with the documentation indicated in clause 5 when collecting the corresponding prize. 8. Among all Cards, Customers will have the chance to win one or more of the types of prizes contained in some of the Cards (the “Prizes”, or individually, the “Prize”). Some Cards will be winning Cards. In addition, some Cards include the option to play again, in which case the Customer will receive an additional Card, regardless of whether they qualify for one based on the volume of Purchases (in other words, this Card will not count towards the maximum of three (3) Cards per Customer per week). 9. The Prizes are as follows:

- Upon presenting a winning Card and complying with the above requirements, the Customer will be entitled to receive the corresponding Prize. Where – as shown in the table above – the Prize is available for collection at Concierge Services, the Customer may collect it there at any time before the relevant deadline. If the Prize consists of an experience provided by a Partner, Concierge Services staff will provide a gift voucher for redemption directly with the Partner at the specified location.
- After the collection (and, where applicable, redemption) deadline has passed, Customers will lose their right to the corresponding Prize, without any entitlement to claim from the Partner and/or the Organiser.
- Where the Prize consists of an experience* provided by a Partner, the collection deadline stated in the table refers to collection of the voucher at Concierge Services. The maximum period to enjoy the Prize will be determined solely by the Partner, and the Organiser has no involvement in this.
- In any event, Prizes may be subject to their own terms and conditions as defined by the Partners. Therefore, the Organiser provides no guarantees regarding the Prizes. Please note that depending on the nature of each Prize, availability and/or prior booking may be required. Where booking is required, it is the Customer’s responsibility to arrange it. Failure to redeem within the deadline and/or to make a booking in due time and form may result in loss of the Prize, without liability on the part of Value Retail or the Partner. Some Prizes may be available only while stocks or capacity last.
- Prizes may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or substituted for alternative prizes, even of lesser value.
- Prizes do not include any items not expressly specified, including but not limited to:
- Meals (unless the Prize consists of a dining experience or similar);
- Transport;
- Taxes and duties, including those arising from the Prize and tourist tax.
- The following persons may not participate in the Promotion and therefore cannot be winners:
- Persons under 18 years of age;
- Shareholders, directors and employees of the Organiser or of La Roca Village, Las Rozas Village or other companies within The Bicester Collection group, agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers, collaborators directly or indirectly involved in its creation, and their children and immediate family members.
If any such person is selected as a winner, the Organiser may disqualify them and withdraw/void the Prize. Any attempt at fraud may be prosecuted by the Organiser, which reserves the right to take legal action to claim damages and any other rights it may have. In all cases, the Organiser is not liable for fraudulent participation by third parties or their misconduct. 17. The Organiser shall not be liable for force majeure or events beyond its control that may prevent the winner from fully or partially enjoying the Prize. 18. The Organiser accepts no liability for failed participation due to technical issues or any other cause, nor for decisions within the remit of the Partners. 19. The Organiser (and, where applicable, the Partners) reserves the right to substitute Prizes with alternatives of equal or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. We also reserve the right to block, suspend or refuse Prize delivery and even suspend or terminate a Membership account in cases of suspected fraud or breach of these terms and conditions. Similarly, the Organiser and/or Partners may withdraw the right to a Prize from Customers who, at redemption or enjoyment, refuse to follow instructions, behave inappropriately or endanger themselves or others (including, but not limited to, antisocial or unethical behaviour). 20. Participation in the Promotion implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions, confirming that the participant has read, understood and expressly accepts them in full, without reservation or limitation. The Organiser reserves the right to amend or cancel the Promotion at any time, undertaking to communicate any new terms or final cancellation. In particular, if due to force majeure beyond the Organiser’s control Las Rozas Village must close and the Promotion cannot take place, Customers shall have no claim against the Organiser. 22. In accordance with applicable law, where required, the Organiser and/or Partners shall make the corresponding withholding for Personal Income Tax on Prizes awarded, to be declared in the relevant tax forms. Any tax implications arising for the winner shall be borne by them, and the Organiser and Partners accept no liability in this regard. 23. Winning Customers accept and authorise the publication of their name and/or image when collecting their Prize on the Organiser’s website and social media, as well as in any other commercial or advertising media used by the Organiser (internal or external) to announce the Promotion results. This authorisation is granted solely for this purpose, on a non-exclusive and non-transferable basis. Winners agree to reasonably participate in subsequent promotional activities if requested. 24. For regulatory purposes, the territorial scope of the Promotion is the Community of Madrid. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Community of Madrid and/or applicable Spanish law. Any breach by a Customer will result in immediate disqualification and loss of the Prize. 25. Customers and the Organiser agree that any disputes relating to the interpretation or execution of these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the city of Barcelona.
