LAS ROZAS VILLAGE ADDITIONAL 10% FOR LAS ROZAS VILLAGE MEMBERSHIP

THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL APPLY TO PURCHASES MADE IN THE BOUTIQUES WHERE THE ADDITIONAL 10% FOR LAS ROZAS VILLAGE MEMBERSHIP (the "Promotion") IS USED, BETWEEN 10 SEPTEMBER 2026 AND 20 SEPTEMBER 2026:

This may only be used in participating boutiques at Las Rozas Village (the "Village"), as not all Village boutiques participate in this Promotion. In addition, some boutiques have certain restrictions and exceptions. For more information about participating boutiques, including applicable restrictions and exceptions, please refer to the "Exceptions" section. The Membership QR code must be presented at the time of purchase in order to receive the discount. The Promotion is not valid during other promotional campaigns. The Promotion cannot be combined with other offers. The Promotion is limited to one per person. It has no monetary value. The discounts offered will be applied to boutique prices, before the application of any taxes, duties, levies, or any other similar charges. The customer acknowledges and accepts that:

8.1. Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., its subsidiaries and associated companies, as well as the owners of the Village (collectively referred to as "VR") are not responsible for the prices that boutiques advertise or for the prices at which they sell their products at any given time;

8.2. VR manages the Village and therefore discount vouchers do not create any contractual relationship between VR and the customer in relation to the Promotion or in any other way;

8.3. VR provides no guarantees with respect to the products (such as their quality) that the customer purchases using the discount vouchers at the boutiques;

8.4. The customer shall have no right to, and waives any claim against VR in the event that the boutique does not accept the additional 10% in whole or in part, and the customer's sole recourse in such a situation shall be to make a claim directly against the relevant boutique;

8.5. The customer shall have no right to, and waives any claim in the event of death, damage or loss (personal or material) suffered by the customer or third parties as a result of the customer's use of the Promotion in the purchase of products from any boutique.

The terms and conditions of sale applicable in each boutique shall apply to any purchase made in that boutique using the additional 10%, such purchases also being subject to the terms and conditions of sale established by each boutique. The customer shall indemnify VR, as well as its directors and employees, and shall hold them harmless against any action, claim, damages (including amounts paid without prejudice), losses and costs suffered by VR and/or its directors and employees as a result of any action or claim made by a customer who disagreed with the acknowledgements, agreements and waivers made by said customer. We remind you that your personal data will be processed by Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., the managing company of the Village, for the purpose of administering the additional 10%, as well as any other action necessary to facilitate its correct use and exchange. We hereby inform you that your personal data will not be transferred to third parties, with the exception of Village service providers, other Value Retail companies, or to comply with legal obligations.

We also remind you that you may consult our privacy policy for further information on how we protect your personal data and how to exercise your rights, on our website www.tbvsc.com/las-rozas-village/es or at the Village's Concierge Services.

Therefore, Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U. informs you that you may exercise your rights to access, rectify, delete or restrict the processing or portability of your data by writing to the following address: Legal Department, La Roca Village Offices, Santa Agnès de Malanyanes, La Roca del Vallès, Postcode 08430, Barcelona, or by sending an email to legal@lasrozasvillage.com, providing proof of identity.
