PRIZE DRAW FOR A MAJE M BAG, FOR THE VALUE INDICATED BELOW, FOR FOLLOWERS OF LAS ROZAS VILLAGE ON INSTAGRAM

THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL APPLY TO PARTICIPANTS IN THE PRIZE DRAW TO BE HELD VIA THE LAS ROZAS VILLAGE INSTAGRAM PROFILE:

  1. The Organiser is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., with Tax ID (NIF) B-60.689.486 (hereinafter the “Organiser” or “Las Rozas Village” interchangeably), the entity that manages, among others, the Las Rozas Village outlet centre. The Organiser may be contacted at its registered office at La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, C.P. 08430 (Barcelona).
  2. The Organiser details below the rules governing the prize draw (the “Rules” and the “Prize Draw”, respectively) aimed exclusively at persons who meet the following participation requirements:
  • Become a follower of the Las Rozas Village Instagram account @lasrozasvillage (the “Account”) and a follower of the Maje account @majeparis.
  • Once completed, or in the event that the participant was already a follower, access the Instagram post (the “Post”) that the Organiser will have posted on the Account.
  • “Like” the Post and add at least one (1) comment to the Post, mentioning at least two (2) people within the same comment.
  1. The period for participating in the Prize Draw will begin on 17 March 2026, at the time of its publication on the Account, and will end on 24 March 2026 at 23:59 (the “Period”). Entries received before or after these dates will not be taken into account.
  2. There will be one (1) single Prize Draw, which will take place on 26 March 2026 at 10:00h, and the winner will be published the following day on the same Account. There will only be one (1) winner for this single Prize Draw.
  3. Participation in the Prize Draw is free of charge. Only one entry per person is permitted.
  4. The prize to be drawn will be one (1) Maje brand product valued at €178 in total (the “Prize”):

The Prize shall not be transferable or exchangeable for its cash value, nor for alternative prizes, even those of a lower value. The Prize consists of and is exactly as set out in the preceding paragraph and does not extend to any other concept not expressly specified, including, but not limited to, the following exclusions:

  • Expenses/Allowances;
  • Transfers;
  • Taxes and duties, including those derived from the prizes and any tourist tax.
  1. The Prize Draw will be conducted as follows:

a. The winner will be chosen at random through the random.org platform. Another participant will also be selected as a runner-up. b. On the day of the Prize Draw, the winner will receive a direct message on Instagram (via the user account used to participate), confirming they are the winner of the Prize Draw. They must respond to that same message and within that same conversation within a period of 30 calendar days with their contact details (first name, surname, address, landline and/or mobile telephone number, ID/DNI number, and email address). c. In the event of express waiver by the winner or failure to obtain a response within the indicated period, the winner will automatically lose their right to the Prize and the Organiser shall have the right to select the runner-up participant as the new winner. The runner-up will be contacted following the previous procedure and will be granted a new period of 30 calendar days for their response as indicated in section c). If no communication is received from the runner-up, the Prize will be declared void, without this giving rise to any right to compensation.

Deadline for Prize collection: The deadline for the physical collection of prizes at the Las Rozas Village Concierge/Tourist Information Center will be from 30 March 2026 to 1 May 2026 at the latest. After this period, the winner—whether the original winner or the runner-up in the cases provided for above—will lose their right to the Prize and it will be declared void, without the winner having any right to compensation. The winner must prove their identity by presenting their ID (DNI), Passport, and/or Driving Licence to the Las Rozas Village staff. The winner must sign the Prize receipt letter at that same location. Under no circumstances will the Prize be sent by any means; it must be collected physically and in person at the indicated point.

  1. The following persons are expressly prohibited from participating in this Prize Draw:
  • Minors under 18 years of age;
  • Partners, directors, and employees of the Organiser, Las Rozas Village, La Roca Village, or any other companies within the group of companies that apply the concept of The Bicester Collection, the agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers, and direct or indirect collaborators who have participated in its preparation, as well as the children and direct relatives of all the above.

If, for any reason, a person listed in the previous paragraph were to be the winner, the Organiser may disqualify the infringing participant and withdraw/invalidate the Prize for failure to meet the participation requirements. Any attempt at fraud may be prosecuted by the Organiser, which reserves the right to initiate any actions it may be entitled to in order to claim damages and any other rights it may have. In such an event, the winner of the Prize Draw shall be the runner-up. In any case, the Organiser is exempt from liability for fraudulent participation by third parties and for any malpractice by third parties, external to the Organiser, in the promotion and execution of the Prize Draw.

  1. The Organiser shall not be liable for cases of force majeure, nor for acts not directly attributable to it, which might prevent the winner from enjoying their Prize in whole or in part.

The Organiser accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical failure, computer hardware or software failure, or any kind of satellite, network, or server failure. 10. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative prize of equivalent or higher value if necessary due to circumstances beyond the Organiser's control. 11. Mere participation in the Prize Draw, under the terms indicated in the Rules, implies full acceptance of these Rules, signifying that the participant has read and understood them and expressly accepts their entire content, without reservations or limitations. The Organiser reserves the right to modify or cancel the conditions of this Prize Draw at any time, undertaking to communicate the new Rules, conditions, or definitive cancellation, as the case may be. In particular, if due to causes of force majeure beyond the Organiser's control, the Las Rozas Village outlet centre has to be closed to the public and therefore the Prize Draw cannot be carried out, participants may not make any claim against the Organiser. 13. The participant acknowledges and accepts that the Organiser gives no guarantees regarding the Prize that the winner acquires for this Prize Draw. 14. In compliance with current legislation, where applicable, the Organiser will perform the corresponding Personal Income Tax (IRPF) withholding for the Prize winner and will declare the Prize delivered in the corresponding tax forms. Any tax implications that obtaining the Prize may have on the winner's taxation shall be for the winner's account, and the Organiser shall be exempt from any liability. 15. The winner of the Prize Draw accepts and authorises that the mention of their name and/or image, at the time the winner is announced and/or when collecting the Prize obtained, may be published on the Organiser's website and social networks if the Organiser deems it appropriate, as well as in any other commercial or advertising medium or communication channel that the Organiser may use or contract (internal or external), in order to inform and publicise the result of the Prize Draw. This authorisation is granted solely for said purpose, on a non-exclusive and non-transferable basis. The winner undertakes to participate, within reasonable terms, in subsequent advertising initiatives that the Organiser may request. 16. For the purposes of the applicable regulations, it is stated that the territorial scope of the Prize Draws extends to the territory of the Autonomous Community of Madrid. Thus, these Rules are governed by Law 6/2001, of 3 July, on Gambling in the Community of Madrid, and, subsidiarily, by the applicable Spanish Law. Failure by the participant to comply with any of the rules and regulations established in these Rules will result in their immediate disqualification and expulsion from the corresponding Prize Draw, with the loss of the Prize, where applicable. 17.
