MEMBERSHIP UNLOCKED GIFT: PRIVATE CLIENT EXPERIENCE

Triggered Gift unlocked once the Participant has been referred by a Private Client and has signed up as a Member of Maasmechelen Village

Date: 10th September 2026 – 31st March 2027

  1. The Offer specified below is an offer of VR Maasmechelen Tourist Outlets BV (hereafter “VRMTO”) (Belgian company number 0465.707.490) with registered office at Zetellaan 100, 3630 Maasmechelen.

  2. The present terms and conditions apply to all persons in possession of a Membership Code that wish to redeem (hereafter the “Participant”) the Offer and/or the Gift specified below. Participation constitutes a full, unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  3. The offer (the “Offer”) is as follows: By singing up as a Member of Maasmechelen Village, via a dedicated QR code, after being referred by a Private Client of Maasmechelen Village during the Offer Period as defined below (the “Condition(s)”), the Participant is eligible for one (1) Private Client Experience for him or herself and one (1) additional guest (the “Gift”) at the Apartment in Maasmechelen Village.

  4. The Private Client Experience shall consist of the following services:

I. VIP day pass entitling to 10% discount on the outlet price in participating boutiques in Maasmechelen Village. The VIP day pass is not valid in the Belgian black out period. The VIP day pass cannot be combined with other promotions. The discount is valid for all customers of the Partner upon presentation of the QR code granted to the Partner entitling to a Maasmechelen Village VIP day pass.

II. Access to The Apartment, with one complimentary welcome drink per person, upon availability and after reservation by telephone or e-mail.

III. Access to the VIP Parking upon availability and after reservation by telephone or e-mail.

IV. Access to Handsfree Shopping upon availability and after reservation with Concierge Services

  1. The Offer is subject to these terms and conditions and the Conditions, as may be varied unilaterally by either VRMTO or the Brand, both prior to and during the Offer Period specified below.

  2. The Offer is valid from 10th September 2026 until and including 31st March 2027 (the “Offer Period”)

  3. The Offer can be redeemed at with the Private Client Services team at Maasmechelen Village within thirty (30) days after registering as a Member. For the avoidance of doubt, the Participant is only required to contact the Private Client Services team within the thirty (30) day period. The Private Client Experience itself does not need to be booked or take place within that period, provided initial contact is made within the required timeframe.

  4. The Offer is available for Membership members only (the “Participants”). A valid Membership Code and proof that the Condition(s) is/are fulfilled must be presented to the Private Client Services team.

  5. The Gift is subject to availability and is only available for Participants who (i) purchase and scan their Membership code at any of the boutiques and restaurants at Maasmechelen Village during the Offer Period and (ii) fulfil the Condition(s).

  6. All reservations of the Gift must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability

  7. The Offer and the Gift are not transferable to any third party and cannot be exchanged for cash or anything else or redeemed in conjunction with any other offers. When redeeming a Gift, the Participants are required to present their Membership Code used to redeem the Offer and/or proof that the Condition(s) is/are fulfilled.

  8. Participants can only redeem the Offer once and Participants are only eligible for a maximum of one (1) Gift.

  9. VRMTO reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Offer, the Gift, or any part of it, and/or review and amend these terms and conditions at any time, e.g., but not limited to, in case of force majeure, without giving prior notice and without such given rise to any claim against VRMTO. VRMTO will make every reasonable effort to ensure that the Offer and/or Gift are correctly allocated but cannot be held liable in the event that it was not reasonably possible to fulfil its obligations. Under any circumstances whatsoever, and with no exception with regard to the grounds of liability, the liability of VRMTO is limited to the amount of the benefit that the Participant would be or has been granted on the basis of the Offer.

  10. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer, coupon, voucher or other offers available during (any part of) the Offer Period.

  11. Participants acknowledge and agree that: (i) VRMTO, its related companies and the owners of Maasmechelen Village (“VRMTO and Affiliates”) are not responsible for the prices at which the brands in the boutiques at Maasmechelen Village advertise or sell goods from time to time and cannot be held liable for any damage of the Participant related to its purchase at one of the boutiques;

(ii) VRMTO and Affiliates make no warranties regarding the Gift (including without limitation the quality thereof) which Participants may obtain; and (iii) nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit VRMTO’s liability for death or personal injury from its negligence or that of its employees or officers.

  1. The Participant accepts that the non-mandatory regulation of book 6 of the Belgian Civil Code is for as much as legally possible excluded and that thus both Parties renounce for their own part, their staff and the persons or entities with which they deal, without reservation, any recourse they may have against the other party, their employees, their staff or other persons or entities subcontracted by it or any other representative, by virtue of the articles off the non-mandatory regulation of book 6 of the Belgian Civil Code.

  2. VRMTO will not be liable to Participant for any financial loss arising out of refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the Offer, or any failure or inability of the Participant to take advantage of this Offer.

  3. VRMTO may monitor the Offer and the Participant’s compliance with these terms and conditions. VRMTO reserves the right to exclude the Participant from the Offer and from the Membership Program in case the Participant fails to respect these terms and conditions. In such case, the right to redeem the Offer and/or the Gift will automatically be withdrawn.

  4. VRMTO shall comply in all respects with applicable Data Protection legislation in carrying out its obligations under this Offer. VRMTO declares and agrees that in the performance of its obligations, it is in compliance with the applicable Belgian legislation regarding data protection and it has in place all appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized and/or unlawful processing or disclosure of Participant's data and to prevent accidental loss or destruction of or damage to Participant’s data. For clarity’s sake, VRMTO shall only process the obtained personal data, so VRMTO is able to fulfil the Offer.
