Parking and Transport
Yes, we offer spacious parking facilities.
No, we offer complimentary parking to all guests.
We have an electric vehicle charging points available for guests to use. Hand sanitisers are available next to the charging point.
The Shopping Express service is temporary unavailable.
The nearest train stations are located in Genk and Hasselt, all about 20-30 minutes away by car, and 60 minutes away by bus. To avoid contact as much as possible, you can buy your tickets online if possible.
There is a regular bus service between Maasmechelen Village and Hasselt or Genk. The 45 bus leaves from Hasselt and Genk and will take you in 40 to 60 minutes to our nearest stop 'Eisden Maasmechelen Village'.
D&D Services operates in the area around Maasmechelen and is available to take you to and from the Village. For more information about traveling to Maasmechelen Village by taxi, please call +32 11 790 690. You can also order a taxi from a local company in the Tourist Information Center.

All boutiques are open from 10 am – 7pm every day, Sundays and bank holidays included.
The Village restaurants and food carts are open and standard opening hours are in effect. You can sit both inside or on the terrace (subject to weather conditions).
The corona pass or Covid Safe Ticket (CST) is a document that shows you have been fully vaccinated for at least two weeks, you have recovered from the corona virus at most 6 months ago or you have recently taken a negative corona test.
The easiest way to obtain the Covid Safe Ticket is via your smartphone. Download the free CovidSafeBE app, sign up with a digital ID such as Itsme and your certificates will be shown automatically.
A Covid Safe ticket is not needed in the Village, the boutiques and the restaurants.
To ensure the safety of our guests and colleagues, some services have been temporarily suspended. These include: pushchairs, dog trolleys and luggage drop. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the Village.
Most fitting rooms are open as usual. For the safety of our guests and colleagues, fitting rooms are sanitised at regular intervals.

Enjoy a luxury shopping experience at Maasmechelen Village with your canine companion, and when your shopping day is done, enjoy a walk in the Village’s beautiful local surroundings. Dogs accompanied by owners are welcome anywhere in the Village as long as they are kept on a leash. Guidelines concerning pets may vary in each boutique. In this overview, you can look up in which boutiques your dog is NOT allowed, and where it’s better for him to wait outside while you shop.
You must have an invitation and exchange it for a VIP day ticket, which you can collect from the Tourist Information Centre. If you've already signed up for Privilege membership, be sure to look out for emails announcing promotions and follow the instructions for getting discounts. If you are not yet a Privilege member, you can register online.
For the safety of our guests and colleagues, our luggage drop service is temporarily suspended. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
If you cannot make it to the Village, our new Virtual Shopping services allow you to shop your favourite Village boutiques at a time and from a place that suits you.
Would you like to have your items delivered to your home? Or do you prefer to reserve your favourite items virtually and then pick up your order at the boutique? The choice is yours.
Maasmechelen Village does not offer this service. Apologies for any inconvenience.
Our App and e-Services
In addition to exclusive content and offers and treats from your favourite boutiques, the Maasmechelen Village app allows you to navigate through the Village using our interactive map: simply touch, pan and zoom to view boutiques, search by name or category.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout Maasmechelen Village and will require an email address to log in.
