How to claim your offer

  1. To claim your double or triple Miles, present your receipts and your Miles&Smiles membership card at Concierge Services or claim digitally using our Airmiles e-redemption service. See terms and conditions for full details.

  2. To book Hands-free Shopping, email the Village you plan to visit at least 48 hours in advance using the Guest Services email addresses below and include an image of your Classic Plus membership card with your card number obscured.

Earn triple (4.5) Miles for every £/€1 spent in the Villages in Europe up to £/€30,000 with a £/€1,000 minimum spend. Earn one (1) Mile for every £/€1 spent on purchases of more than £/€30,000.
