Bicester Village Membership Reward Terms and Conditions – Cecconi's lemonade

  1. These terms apply to the offer of one complimentary lemonade from Cecconi's (“Reward”) issued by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registered number 02884096 and registered office is at Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD) (“we”, “us”, “our”) in connection with our Membership Programme.

  2. Our Membership Programme, and this membership Reward is governed by the following Terms and Conditions and by redeeming the Reward you also accept in full these additional membership Reward Terms and Conditions.

  3. The Reward is available for redemption between 9:00am (9:00) 4 June and 8pm (20:00) 31 August 2024 (the “Offer Period”) when a member registers for our Membership Programme (“Member”) via one of the sources as listed below:

will receive one lemonade at Cecconi's at Bicester Village during the Offer Period (“Qualifying Transaction”).

  1. There is a maximum of one Reward per qualifying Member and there is a maximum of 1,000 (one thousand) Rewards available. The Reward is provided on a first come first serve basis. Please check availability directly with Cecconi's Van.

  2. To claim the Reward present and scan your Membership Code at Cecconi's Van when you make the Qualifying Transaction.

  3. If Members forget to present and scan their Membership Code at the time of the Qualifying Transaction during the Offer Period, Cecconi's Van will be unable to scan their Membership Code retrospectively for redemption of the Reward.

  4. The Reward is personal to the original recipient Member and is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and cannot be used for cash in part or full.

  5. This Reward may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer, coupon or other discount or voucher.

  6. The Reward is provided on our behalf by Cecconi's Van, an independent retailer operating at Bicester Village.

  7. We have arranged this Reward in good faith, and you agree that neither we nor our related companies or the owners of Bicester Village are responsible in any way for, and make no guarantee regarding, the goods obtained as a result of the Reward.

  8. Rewards are personal to the original recipient Member and may not transferred to any third party, exchanged for cash nor redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.

  9. Bicester Village reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend or amend the Reward for any reason at any time.
