Bicester Village Monthly Reward Terms and Conditions – Gift Bag offer

These terms apply to the offer of a gift bag as described in paragraph 2 below (“Reward”) issued by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registered number 02884096 and registered office is at Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD) (“we”, “us”, “our”) in connection with our Membership Programme.

The Reward contains samples from;
a. Bamford Garanium wash sachets 5ml
b. Beaute Prestige International Narciso Rodriquez 0.60ml
c. Clarins 30ml Eau Dynamisante
d. The Cosmetics Company –Estee Lauder infinite sky perfume 1.5ml
e. Cowshed - 30ml product (various items
f. Diptyque –Rose EDT or 5mm Cadeau Do Son EDP 5ml
g. L’Occitane –cherry blossom 6ml
h. Maision Margiela Replica – ‘On a Date’ or ‘By the fireplace’ scent 1.2ml
i. Molton Brown –Rhubarb & Rose EDT 1.5ml
j. NEOM – Great Day Body Scrub 15g
k. Rituals – Ritual of Sakura body cream 10ml
l. Roja Parfum –Elysium 2ml
m. Lalique – 2 x 1.8ml samples (Perles de Lalique scent, L’Amor scent, Amethyst Scen, Reve d’infini scent.
n. Elemis – Pro collagen rose cleansing balm 20g
o. Augustinus Bader – The Body Cleanser 8ml

Our Membership Programme is governed by the following Terms and Conditions and by redeeming the Reward you also accept in full these additional Monthly Reward Terms and Conditions.

The Reward is available for redemption between 9am (09:00) 26 July 2024 and 7pm (19:00) 28 July 2024 (the “Offer Period”) to the first 100 members of our Membership Programme (“Member”) who make one scan in three of the following participating boutiques: Augustinus Bader, Bamford, Beauté Prestige International, Clarins, The Cosmetics Company Store, Cowshed, Diptyque, ELEMIS, Lalique, L’Occitane, Maison Margiela Fragrance, Molton Brown, NEOM, Rituals and ROJA) at Bicester Village during the Offer Period (“Qualifying Transaction”).

There is a maximum of one Reward per Member while stocks last (there is a maximum of 100 Rewards available). Please check stock availability directly with Guest Services (next to Lindt) prior to purchase. Once 100 Rewards have been redeemed, no further rewards shall be provided to any Member.

To claim the Reward present and scan your Membership Code at the Guest Services (next to Lindt) when you receive confirmation via email from us you have qualified for the reward.

If Members forget to present and scan their Membership Code at the time of the Qualifying Transaction during the Offer Period, the participating boutiques will be unable to scan their Membership Code retrospectively for redemption of the Reward.

The Reward is provided on our behalf by participating boutique, all independent retailers operating at Bicester Village. Please discuss any allergen information directly with them prior to redemption.

We have arranged this Reward in good faith, and you agree that neither we nor our related companies or the owners of Bicester Village are responsible in any way for, and make no guarantee regarding, the goods obtained as a result of the Reward.

Rewards are personal to the original recipient Member and may not transferred to any third party, exchanged for cash nor redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.
