This offer to receive a Treat (“Offer”) is issued by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registered number 02884096 and registered office is at Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD) (“we”, “us”, “our”) in connection with our membership programme (“Membership”).

  3. The Treat which forms part of the Offer is a complimentary hot drink from London Grade Coffee at Bicester Village.

The Treat is available to all Membership members who scan their Membership Code during the Offer Period at the Orlebar Brown sample sale, Bicester Village as part of one transaction at the Orlebar Brown Sample sale, unit 89 or the Orlebar Brown boutique, Bicester Village, 31 March – 1 April 2022 (“Qualifying Transaction”).
  5. The Offer Period is from 31 March to 1 April 2022
  6. Once your qualifying scan has been made The Treat will voucher will be sent to you via email and can be claimed by scanning your Membership Code at London Grade Coffee.
  7. The Treat must be redeemed before the end of the Offer Period. 20:00 on 1 April 2022
  8. The Treat is provided on our behalf by London Grade Coffee, an independent retailer operating at Bicester Village - please discuss any allergen information directly with them prior to redemption.
  9. We have arranged this offer in good faith and you agree that neither we nor our related companies or the owners of Bicester Village are responsible in any way for, and make no guarantee regarding, the goods obtained as part of this Offer.
  10. This Offer does not create a contractual relationship between you and us.
  11. The Treat which forms part of this Offer may be claimed once per guest during the Offer Period.
  12. This Offer is personal to the original recipient and may not transferred to or shared with any third party; exchanged for cash nor redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.
