Caseificio Parma 2064, Parmigiano Experience

The experience at Caseificio 2064 in Fidenza is the best way to understand the secrets behind the unique and unmistakable flavour of Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, born in this very area. The tour with the experts in the art of cheese-making starts from production, passes through the maturing rooms and ends with a tasting of the most important types of Parmigiano Reggiano, paired with local condiments and wines.

Further information: The tour is open from 8 April to 25 June, every Saturday and Sunday, with two shifts starting at 11 am and 12.30 pm. Each tour includes tastings of three ages of Parmigiano Reggiano and a guided tour of the production plant. The duration of the experience is approximately 1 hour.

The cost for members of the membership programme is as follows:

Adults: 10€. Children 6-12 years: 6€.
