How to claim your offer
Shop in the Village and keep your receipts.
Present your receipts, your Royal Orchid Plus membership card, and your international THAI boarding pass travelling within the promotional period at Concierge Services or claim digitally using our airmiles e-redemption service. See Terms and Conditions for full details.
To redeem your 10% saving, simply download your VIP Pass below, add the QR code to your eWallet and present it in participating boutiques and restaurants.
To redeem Hands-free Shopping, present your VIP Pass at Concierge Services upon arrival at the Village.
To redeem your complimentary Shopping Express return transfers, use the promotional code ROYALORCHIDFV when purchasing ticket on Village website.
