We offer spacious parking facilities so there will be plenty of room to park safely.
No, we offer complimentary parking to all Village guests.
Electric vehicle charging points are available at our charging array, providing a top-up service only.
Access and pay for the charging points via the Chargepoint app, which is available on iPhone and Android devices. Alternatively, you can use any credit card equipped with an RFID chip, as well as Apple Pay, Pay Pal and Android Pay. If you are in need of support with your charging, please read the Chargepoint FAQ.

You can purchase the Ingolstadt Village Gift Card online through our website here.
Ingolstadt Village Gift Cards purchased online require activation at the Concierge Services, please bring the Ingolstadt Village Gift Card along with a photo ID and the letter with the booking reference number.The Gift Card is a prepaid card that can be loaded with any value from €5 to €100 for online purchases or from €5 to €10,000 (subject to approval) when purchasing in person from Concierge Services at Ingolstadt Village.
There is no limit on the number of Gift Cards you can purchase online, however the total transaction value cannot exceed €500 per credit/debit card, per day.

Shop from home
The boutiques teams will advise you virtually at no extra cost to you. There may be shipping charges for shopping from home service individually per brand, which the team will be happy to inform you about.

As an alternative to shipping, personal pickup of your purchase on-site is available by prior appointment with the boutique (Reserve & Collect).
