Managerial roles
General manager
Responsible for the commercial activities of several boutiques across one Village. You will use your significant commercial and leadership skills to inspire several strong teams to deliver maximum profitability.
Store manager
Manage and develop the boutique’s commercial activities. Your experience in analysis, planning and target setting, as well as your organisational and leadership skills, will motivate your team to exceed sales targets.
Assistant store manager
Support the Store Manager to ensure outstanding commercial performance while showcasing your dynamic, problem-solving and hospitality skills. Your understanding and management of every touch point within the boutique will ensure the highest level of service for all your guests.
Operations manager
Support the Store Manager on driving the operations of the back of house of the store, maintaining exemplary boutique operational standards and managing the P&L with them.
Stockroom manager
Ensure the management of stock from delivery to shop floor is efficient and organised, achieved with your excellent planning management skills and strong team spirit.
Floor manager
Support the Store and Assistant Store Manager to drive the success of the brand, a commercial mind-set and ability to motivate a team is key, while offering your guests the highest level of service.
Non-managerial roles
Supervisor
Leading by example, you will play your part within the boutique team to provide a premium, genuine and tailored guest service experience that exceeds our guests’ expectations. You will also help support the management team communicate and motivate team members to deliver targets and operational success of the boutique.
Key holder
As a Key Holder, apart from your regular duties, you will be required on occasion to lock up and open the boutique according to your brand’s security procedures.
Sales advisor
Provide the best in class in personal service and hospitality, through your ability to understand the expressed and unexpressed wishes of our guests, and a proven ability to achieve targets through successful selling techniques. You make guests’ experience special right from start – effortlessly and with style!
Senior sales advisor
Having several years of experience, you will provide the best in class in personal service and hospitality, through your ability to understand the expressed and unexpressed wishes of our guests, and a proven ability to achieve targets through successful selling techniques. You make guests’ experience special right from the start – effortlessly and with style!
Stockroom assistant
Support the Stockroom Manager or directly the Store Manager ensuring that all deliveries, transfers and general organisation of the stockroom is carried out with great attention to detail and efficiency.
Visual merchandiser
You will manage and implement the retail visual merchandising strategy in-store, ensuring consistent visual merchandising excellence, which fits in with your brand’s integrity. You will oversee changes on boutique and window displays regularly to maintain a fresh and visually exciting look.
Administrator
You will assist in all areas of administration to ensure the smooth running of the boutique.
Cashier
Deliver a smooth, personal and professional point of sale experience for all guests, using your highly developed interpersonal skills.
