PRIZE DRAW FOR TWO INDIVIDUAL TICKETS TO THE REGATTA PUIG WOMEN'S AMERICA'S CUP FOR MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS (LEVEL 1, 2 AND 3) FOR PURCHASES MADE BETWEEN 19 AUGUST AND 24 SEPTEMBER 2024 AT THE ROCA VILLAGE

THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL APPLY IN RESPECT OF MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS PARTICIPATING IN THIS ROCA VILLAGE PRIZE DRAW:

1. The Organiser is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., NIF B-60.689.486 (hereinafter the ‘Organiser’, ‘La Roca Village’ interchangeably), the entity that manages the La Roca Village outlet centre. The Organiser can be contacted at its registered office at La Roca Village , La Roca del Vallès, C.P. 08430 (Barcelona).
2. The Organiser sets out below the terms and conditions of the prize draw (the ‘Terms and Conditions’ and the ‘Prize Draw’, respectively), which are exclusively aimed at Members of Membership Level 1, 2 and 3 who make purchases, with no minimum amount, in three (3) or more boutiques and/or catering outlets in La Roca Village, during the period from 19 August to 24 September 2024, inclusive (the ‘Period’).
3. The territorial scope of this Sweepstakes extends to the territory of Spain, i.e. both mainland and island.
4. To be eligible to participate, Membership members must:

• Scan their purchases made during the Term at 3 or more boutiques and/or dining establishments in La Roca Village (the ‘Village’). All boutiques and dining establishments in the Village are included in this promotion except Starbucks, which is excluded from this Sweepstakes. Purchases not scanned will not be counted under any circumstances. Purchases will be cumulative during the Term.
• Previous registration with Membership.
• On fulfilling the above conditions, the customer will receive an email confirming that their purchases have been correctly registered and that, therefore, they are entitled to participate in the Prize Draw, which they must confirm, if they so wish, by clicking on the option that will be expressly included in the email to that effect. In other words, you will only become a participant once you have expressly confirmed your participation in the terms indicated above.

5. At the end of the Period, a Draw will be made for two individual tickets (i.e. one individual ticket per winner) for the Puig Women's America's Cup regatta (the ‘Prize’). The value of the Prize is a total of ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED AND SIXTY EUROS (€1,760) for the two individual entries.

The Draw will take place on 30 September 2024 and will be communicated directly to the winners on the same day by email, in accordance with point ‘7’ below. 6. Only one entry per person will be allowed in the Prize Draw and there will be two (2) winners per Prize Draw. In other words, each winner will receive an individual entry. 7. Winners will be chosen randomly via the random.org platform. The winners will receive an email notification confirming that they are the winners of the Sweepstakes, to which they must reply with their contact details (name, surname, address, landline and/or mobile phone number, ID number and email address) to the email. The deadline for replying to the e-mail and providing their details will be five (5) calendar days from the sending of the notification by the Organiser. If no reply is received or if the winner expressly renounces, another winner will be chosen. 8. The Prize may not be, in whole or in part, transferable or redeemable for cash value, or for alternative prizes, even of lesser value. 9. The Prize does not extend to any other item not expressly specified, including but not limited to the following exclusions:

• Per diems;
• Transfers;
• Fees and taxes, including, but not limited to, those derived from the Prize and the tourist tax.

10. Collection period: The Prize will be sent to the winners' e-mail address once the winners have responded to the notification sent by the Organiser as specified in point 7. Winners must prove their identity by emailing a copy of their ID card, passport and/or driving licence to the Organiser. Winners must also send a signed copy of the letter of receipt of the Prize.
11. The following persons are not eligible to participate in this prize draw and are therefore not eligible to be winners:

• Persons under 18 years of age;
• Partners, executives and employees of the Organiser, La Roca Village, Las Rozas Village, other companies in the group of companies that apply the concept of The Bicester Collection, agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers, direct or indirect collaborators who have participated in the development of the promotion, as well as the children and direct relatives of all of them.

If, for any reason, a person listed in the above paragraph is a winner, the Organiser may disqualify the participant and withdraw/invalidate the Prize for not complying with the participation requirements. Any attempt at fraud may be prosecuted by the Organiser and to this end, the Organiser reserves the right to initiate any actions that may correspond to it in order to claim damages and any other rights it may have. In that case, the Draw would be carried out again to choose a new winner. In any case, the Organiser is exonerated from liability for the fraudulent participation of third parties and for the bad practices of these, external to the Organiser, in the promotion and development of the Sweepstakes. 12. The Organiser shall not be liable for cases of force majeure as well as for acts not directly attributable to the Organiser, which may prevent the winner from enjoying all or part of his/her prize. The Organiser accepts no liability whatsoever for entries not successfully completed due to technical failure, computer equipment or software failure, or any kind of satellite, network or server failure. 13. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative prize of equivalent or greater value if circumstances beyond the Organiser's control make this necessary. 14. Mere participation in the Prize Draw implies full acceptance of these Rules, implying that the participant has read and understood them and expressly accepts their full content, without reservations or limitations. The Organiser reserves the right to modify or cancel at any time the conditions of the present Draw, undertaking to communicate the new Rules, conditions or definitive cancellation, if applicable. In particular, if for reasons of force majeure, beyond the control of the Organiser, the outlet centre La Roca Village has to be closed to the public and therefore the draw cannot be carried out, the participant will not be able to make any claim to the Organiser. 16. The participant knows and accepts that the Organiser does not give any guarantees with respect to the Prize that the winner acquires in the Draw. 17. In compliance with the provisions of current legislation, where applicable, the Organiser will make the withholding and payment on account corresponding to Personal Income Tax to the winner of the Prize, and will declare the Prize awarded in the corresponding tax forms. The fiscal repercussions that the winning of the Prize may have on the taxation of the winner will be for the account of the winner, and the Organiser will be relieved of any responsibility. 18. The winners of the Prize Draw accept and authorise that the mention of their name and/or image collecting their Prize may be published on the Organiser's website and social networks if the Organiser deems it appropriate, as well as in any other commercial, advertising or communication media that the Organiser may use or contract (internal or external), in order to inform and publicise the result of the Prize Draw. This authorisation is given solely for this purpose, on a non-exclusive and non-transferable basis. The winners undertake to participate, on reasonable terms, in subsequent publicity initiatives that may be requested by the Organiser. 19. These Rules are governed by Spanish Law. Failure to comply with any of the rules and regulations set out in these Rules by the participant will result in immediate disqualification and expulsion from the prize draw, with forfeiture of the prize, if applicable. 20. The participants and the Organiser accept that any disputes that may arise in the interpretation or execution of these Rules will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona. 21.
