DRAW FOR TWO (2) FORMULA ONE TICKETS WORTH €1,230 (€615 PER TICKET), FOR MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS WHO MAKE MINIMUM PURCHASES OF €50 AT THE PUMA STORE IN LA ROCA VILLAGE DURING THE PERIOD FROM 7 MAY TO 22 MAY 2025

THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL APPLY TO ALL MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS WHO PARTICIPATE IN THIS LA ROCA VILLAGE DRAW:

The organiser is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., with tax ID number B-60.689.486 (hereinafter the “Organiser” or “La Roca Village” interchangeably), the entity managing La Roca Village shopping centre (the “Village”). The Organiser can be contacted at its registered address in La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, Postcode 08430 (Barcelona).

The Organiser hereby outlines the rules governing the draw (the “Rules” and the “Draw” respectively), exclusively for Membership members who, cumulatively, during the period from 7 May to 22 May 2025 inclusive (the “Period”), spend a minimum of fifty Euros (€50) in any of the Village's shops or boutiques.

To be eligible to participate, Membership members must:

Scan their purchases made during the Period in any of the boutiques or food outlets within the Village that have a scanner – all except “Starbucks”, which is excluded from this promotion. Purchases that are not scanned will not be counted under any circumstances.

Be previously registered with Membership or register at the time of making said purchases.

Be registered with Membership and have provided consent or provide consent at that time to receive emails from the Organiser. Without this consent, customers cannot participate in the Draw, even if they are registered with Membership.

Once the above conditions are met, the customer will receive an email confirming that their purchases have been correctly recorded and that they are therefore entitled to participate in the Draw, which they must confirm, if they so wish, by clicking on the option expressly included in the email. In other words, they will only become a participant once they have expressly confirmed their participation in the aforementioned terms.

The Draw will take place after the end of the Period, specifically on 23 May 2025.

The prize will consist of two “Grandstand S” tickets to the Formula One event taking place from Thursday 29 May 2025 to Sunday 1 June 2025, valued at a total of €1,230 (€615 per ticket) (the “Prize”). Only one entry per person is permitted, and there will be one (1) sole winner of the Prize.

The winner will be selected at random via the random.org platform. The winner will receive an email confirming that they have won the Draw, to which they must respond with their contact details (full name, address, landline and/or mobile phone number, ID number, and email address). The deadline to respond and provide these details is five (5) calendar days from the Organiser’s email, i.e., until 28 May 2025. If no response is received or if the winner explicitly declines the Prize, it will be declared void.

The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, either in whole or in part, nor exchanged for any alternative prize, even one of lesser value.

The Prize does not include any other costs or items not explicitly specified, including but not limited to:

Meals;

Travel expenses;

Taxes and fees, including those arising from the Prize or tourist tax.

Prize collection: The Prize will be delivered via email once the winner has responded to the Organiser with the required contact details, as set out in point 6 above, and by no later than 28 May 2025. After that date, the winner will lose the right to claim the Prize, and it will be considered void, with no compensation due. The winner must prove their identity by sending a copy of their ID card, passport and/or driving licence via email. They must also return a signed copy of the Prize acceptance letter.

The following persons are not eligible to participate or win this Draw:

Individuals under 18 years of age;

Partners, executives and employees of the Organiser, La Roca Village, Las Rozas Village, any other company within The Bicester Collection group, advertising agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers or direct or indirect collaborators who participated in organising the Draw, as well as their children and close relatives. Should a disqualified person win, the Organiser may disqualify them and invalidate their Prize. Any attempted fraud may be prosecuted, and the Organiser reserves the right to pursue legal action and claim damages. In such a case, a new Draw would be held to select another winner. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for fraudulent participation or misconduct by third parties unrelated to it.

The Organiser is not responsible for force majeure events or for acts beyond its control that may prevent the winner from fully or partially enjoying their Prize. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for unsuccessful entries due to technical issues, equipment or software failure, or satellite, network or server errors.

The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

Participation in the Draw implies full acceptance of these Rules, meaning the participant has read, understood and agreed to them without reservation. The Organiser reserves the right to modify or cancel the conditions of the Draw at any time, and undertakes to communicate any updates or cancellations. Specifically, if the Village must close due to force majeure beyond the Organiser’s control, the Draw cannot be held and participants will have no claim against the Organiser.

The participant acknowledges and accepts that the Organiser makes no warranties regarding the Prize obtained.

In compliance with current legislation, if applicable, the Organiser will withhold and pay the relevant Personal Income Tax on behalf of the winner and will report the Prize in the appropriate tax forms. Any other tax implications for the winner are their sole responsibility.

The winner authorises the publication of their name and/or image collecting the Prize on the Organiser’s website and social media, and in any internal or external commercial or advertising media used by the Organiser to publicise the Draw results. This authorisation is granted for this purpose only, non-exclusively and non-transferably. The winner agrees to reasonably participate in promotional activities requested by the Organiser.

For regulatory purposes, the territorial scope of the Draw is limited to Catalonia. These Rules are governed by Law 15/1984 of 20 March on gaming, and Decree 240/2004 of 30 March approving the authorised gaming and betting catalogue in Catalonia and its planning criteria, and subsidiarily, by the applicable Spanish law. Breach of any rules herein by a participant will lead to immediate disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize.

Participants and the Organiser agree that any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these Rules shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona and their hierarchical superiors.
