DRAW FOR A SHISEIDO VITAL PERFECTION COLLECTION ROUTINE AND NARS MAKEUP FOR LA ROCA VILLAGE INSTAGRAM FOLLOWERS
THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL APPLY TO PARTICIPANTS IN THE DRAW HELD THROUGH LA ROCA VILLAGE’S INSTAGRAM PROFILE:
The Organiser is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., with Tax Identification Number (NIF) B-60.689.486 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser" or "La Roca Village" interchangeably), the entity managing, among others, the La Roca Village outlet shopping centre. The Organiser can be contacted at its registered address at La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, Postcode 08430 (Barcelona).
The Organiser sets out below the rules governing the draw (the "Rules" and the "Draw", respectively), exclusively for persons who meet the following participation requirements:
Become a follower of La Roca Village’s Instagram account @larocavillage (the “Account”).
Once followed, or if the participant was already a follower, access the Instagram post (the “Post”) published by the Organiser on the Account.
Like the Post and add at least one (1) comment to it, tagging a minimum of two (2) people in the same comment.
The participation period for the Draw will begin on 6 September 2025, at the time of publication on the Account, and will end on 14 September 2025 at 23:59 (the “Period”). Entries received before or after these dates will not be considered.
One (1) single Draw will take place on 16 September 2025 at 10:00 a.m., and the winner will be announced the following day on the same Account. There will be only one (1) winner for this Draw.
Participation in the Draw is free of charge. Only one entry per person is allowed.
The prize to be awarded will be seven (7) products from the brands Shiseido and Nars, with a total value of €410 (the “Prize”):

The Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes, even of lesser value. The Prize consists exclusively of what is described above and does not include any other concept not expressly stated. By way of example, but not limited to, the following are excluded:
Daily allowances;
Transportation;
Fees and taxes, including those related to the prize or tourist tax.
The Draw will be carried out as follows:
a. The winner will be randomly selected via the platform random.org. A backup winner will also be selected.
b. On the day of the Draw, the winner will receive a direct Instagram message (to the user account used to participate), confirming they are the winner of the Draw. The winner must reply to that message, within the same conversation, within 15 calendar days, providing their contact details (full name, address, landline and/or mobile phone number, ID/passport, and email address).
c. If the winner explicitly refuses the Prize or does not reply within the indicated time frame, they will forfeit the Prize, and the Organiser will have the right to select the backup participant as the new winner. The backup winner will be contacted following the same procedure and will have a new 15-calendar-day deadline to respond, as indicated in section c). If no reply is received from the backup winner, the Prize will be declared void, and no compensation shall be due.
Prize collection period: The physical collection of the Prize must take place at the La Roca Village Customer Service Point between 17 September 2025 and 17 October 2025, at the latest. After this date, the winner – whether the original or the backup – will forfeit the right to claim the Prize, which will be declared void, with no entitlement to compensation. The winner must present valid ID (National ID, Passport and/or Driver’s Licence) to the Customer Service staff and sign a prize acceptance letter. The Prize will not be sent under any circumstances and must be collected in person at the specified location.
The following individuals are expressly prohibited from participating in this Draw:
Minors under 18 years of age;
Partners, directors, and employees of the Organiser, Las Rozas Village, La Roca Village, and other companies within The Bicester Collection group, including any agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers, and direct or indirect collaborators who took part in the organisation, as well as their immediate family members.
If a person listed above is found to have won, the Organiser may disqualify the participant and revoke the Prize for failure to meet eligibility requirements. Any attempt at fraud may be prosecuted by the Organiser, which reserves the right to take legal action to claim damages or any other applicable rights. In such a case, the backup winner will be awarded the Prize.
The Organiser accepts no liability for fraudulent participation or misconduct by third parties unrelated to the Organiser during the promotion or Draw.
The Organiser is not responsible for force majeure events or other circumstances beyond its control that may prevent the winner from enjoying the Prize, in whole or in part.
The Organiser accepts no responsibility for incomplete entries due to technical failure, computer or software issues, or satellite, network, or server malfunctions.
The Organiser reserves the right to replace the Prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
Participation in the Draw, under the terms described in these Rules, implies full acceptance thereof, and that the participant has read, understood, and expressly agrees to the content in its entirety, without reservation or limitation. The Organiser reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of this Draw at any time, committing to announce the new Rules, conditions, or definitive cancellation, if applicable. In particular, should La Roca Village outlet centre be closed to the public due to force majeure beyond the Organiser’s control, and the Draw therefore cannot take place, participants shall have no claim against the Organiser.
The participant acknowledges and accepts that the Organiser provides no guarantees with respect to the Prize, and no claims may be made against it.
In accordance with applicable legislation, if required, the Organiser will withhold the corresponding amount of Personal Income Tax from the winner and will declare the Prize on the appropriate tax forms. Any tax implications arising from receipt of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner, and the Organiser shall not be held liable.
The winner authorises the Organiser to publish their name and/or image, at the time of the winner’s announcement and/or Prize collection, on the Organiser’s website and social media, as well as on any other commercial, advertising, or media platform (internal or external) the Organiser may use to announce the Draw outcome. This authorisation is granted solely for this purpose, is non-exclusive, and non-transferable. The winner agrees to reasonably participate in any post-promotional publicity initiatives requested by the Organiser.
For the purposes of applicable legislation, the territorial scope of the Draw is the region of Catalonia. These Rules are governed by Law 15/1984 of 20 March on gaming and by Decree 240/2004 of 30 March, approving the authorised games and betting catalogue in Catalonia and the applicable planning criteria, and, secondarily, by applicable Spanish law. Breach of any of the rules in these Bases by a participant will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any Prize.
