How does it work?

    Visit Concierge Services where you can sign up for Hands-free Shopping.

  2. Show your code

    Present your Hands-free Shopping ‘wallet’ when paying for your purchases and leave your bags with the boutique assistants.

  3. Collect

    Call us for free on (+34) 900 10 15 51, 30 minutes before you plan to leave the Village, and your purchases will be ready to collect.
