ENJOY A MONTBLANC LEATHER NOTEBOOK WHEN YOU SPEND A MINIMUM OF €700 IN A SINGLE DAY AT LA ROCA VILLAGE, PAY WITH VISA AND COMPLETE YOUR TAX FREE TRANSACTION BETWEEN 14/10/2026 AND 31/12/2026

This promotion is organised by Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., with tax identification number B-60689486 and registered office at La Roca Village, 08430 La Roca del Vallès, Barcelona (the “Promoter”). The promotion is available to international customers who make purchases with a minimum cumulative value of €700 in a single day at participating boutiques and food and beverage outlets at La Roca Village (the “Village”) between 14 October 2026 and 31 December 2026, both dates inclusive (the “Promotional Period”).

For the purposes of this promotion, an “Eligible International Customer” is a holder of a Visa card issued outside Spain who successfully completes a valid Tax Free transaction relating to purchases made at the Village. Customers must meet all legal requirements applicable to the Tax Free scheme in Spain.

Once the above conditions have been met, you must present the following at Concierge Services at La Roca Village: • The relevant purchase receipts showing a minimum cumulative spend of €700 in a single day during the Promotional Period*. • Documentation relating to the Tax Free transaction(s). • The eligible Visa card, or Visa payment method used for the purchases, or documentation enabling verification that the purchases were paid for using such card or payment method. • A valid official identity document, solely for the purpose of verifying the customer's identity and its correspondence with the Tax Free documentation.

Once compliance with all requirements has been verified, you will receive a Montblanc leather notebook (the “Reward”), subject to availability and while stocks last.

Each person may receive only one (1) Reward during the entire Promotional Period, regardless of the number of days on which purchases are made, the total amount spent or the number of Tax Free transactions completed. Each Reward may only be claimed by one (1) beneficiary, who must be the holder of the Tax Free documentation and the eligible Visa card.

The Reward must be claimed and collected in person at Concierge Services at La Roca Village during the Promotional Period and, in any event, no later than 31 December 2026, or while stocks last, whichever occurs first. Making qualifying purchases does not reserve a Reward.

• Only purchases made at participating boutiques and food and beverage outlets will qualify and provided they do not relate to establishments or products excluded from the promotion. An updated list of participating establishments and any exclusions will be available at Concierge Services at La Roca Village. Purchases that cannot be properly evidenced by purchase receipts, Tax Free documentation and proof of payment with an eligible Visa card will not count towards the promotion.

The Reward consists exclusively of a Montblanc leather notebook and does not include any other item, product or benefit not expressly specified. The Reward is subject to availability and while stocks last. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Reward, where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, with another product of equivalent characteristics and equal or greater value, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights.

The Reward is personal and non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other reward. The Promoter shall not be liable for any inability to deliver the Reward due to force majeure or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights. Any data and documents presented will be processed by the Promoter solely for the purpose of verifying compliance with the promotion requirements and administering delivery of the Reward, in accordance with the privacy information available at Concierge Services. Visa will only receive aggregated and anonymised information relating to the promotion.
