Your Role & Responsibilities:
• You will support the Guest Knowledge & Engagement team’s day-to-day activities but will also be involved in seasonal campaigns.
• Support with newsletter creation and reporting.
• Support with push notification creation and reporting.
• Support with setting up rewards for our loyalty program.
• Monitor performance of campaigns as well as our loyalty program, generating reporting and analysis.
• Participate regularly in marketing meetings.
Who are we looking for:
• You are 3rd or 4th year Higher Education or University student in the field of (digital) Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Commercial Economy or related areas.
• You are available full-time or part-time for at least 3 months, ideally 5-6 months.
• Hands-on profile, highly organised with attention to detail.
• A healthy mix of creative and analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data/information and distil the most important insights.
• Computer Literacy: Excel, PowerPoint.
• HTML and/or CSS knowledge would be a plus, as well as experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• You like to work as part of a team as well as independently.
• Proactive mindset, enthusiastic, with a hunger to learn.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
