Partnerships & Business Development Intern

As an intern, you will support the Partnerships Manager in developing, managing, and activating strategic partnerships. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects and collaborations that help drive the growth and visibility of Maasmechelen Village.
What does the Partnerships Team do?
The Partnerships Team builds bridges between Maasmechelen Village and external companies and organizations. We develop collaborations that attract more visitors, create exclusive benefits for customers, and deliver unique events and experiences.
Your Responsibilities:
Retail & Administration
• Support the mapping and documentation of internal processes and workflows.
• Assist with the management and follow-up of existing partnerships.
• Independently manage smaller partners and support their activations.
• Help organize and coordinate partner activities and events.
• Support the preparation of meetings, presentations, and reports.
• Follow up on partnership agreements and administrative processes.
• Conduct research into potential new partners and collaboration opportunities.
• Collect, analyze, and structure relevant data and activation results.
• Contribute to a variety of business development projects across the organization.
Your profile:
• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, for example in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You are highly organized and work in a structured manner.
• You are proactive, hands-on, and enjoy taking initiative.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English.
• You are able to work independently while also thriving in a team environment.
• You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
