The villa is ideally located for enjoying a range of activities nearby. Hoge Kempen National Park is just a stone’s throw away, with magnificent views to be taken in. Weather permitting (from May to September), you can relax in the villa’s heated swimming pool. And to many walkers’ and cyclists’ delight, the villa is close to the starting points for various hikes and cycle routes. For ultimate convenience, there’s also free parking and a bicycle shed, plus the opportunity rent a bike or Vespa if you don’t have your own to hand. After a busy day of shopping, cycling or sightseeing, relax in the villa’s lounge or treat yourself to a glass of something chilled from the honesty bar.

Each of the six luxurious rooms and suites at Villa Reynaert is named after one of the characters from Reinaert De Vos, a story from medieval Flemish literature. The rooms were decorated by Belgian interior designer Pieter Porters, who has crafted unique, enchanting settings in which to relax. Most rooms overlook the villa’s carefully tended garden, and some also feature an elegant balcony. After a refreshing night's sleep, breakfast is served with delicious coffee, fresh croissants, a perfectly fried egg and the daily newspaper. Something to celebrate?
