• What is membership?

  It's our loyalty program! We've designed it to give back to our best customers—a.k.a. YOU—because we are happy you're here.

• How do I join?

  If you don't yet have a Membership account, you can create one here and then you're all set to unlock Membership Rewards. The program is totally free to join—no minimum spend required. (In other words: perks for all!)

• How is my membership level determined?

  Your level is determined based on your spend from March 1 of the previous year to February 28 (or 29) of this year. So, if you join on May 15, 2022, your level is calculated by adding up your purchases from March 1, 2022 to February 28, 2023. Items you buy in Maasmechelen Village, including purchases made using gift cards, contribute to your spend.

  The following do not apply to your spend amount: returned purchases, purchases of gift cards, hands-free shopping service, Shopping Express tickets and Village From Home shipping fees.

• How can I find out my level?

  Once you've signed up for Membership, you gain access to a personalised dashboard with all the details about your program level, the perks that come with it, your progress toward the next level, and the benefits you'll enjoy once you get there!

• Do levels expire or get reset?

  Yes. Level resets are based on your past year's spend. Here's how this works:

  Once determined, your level status is valid until February 28 (or 29) of the following year. Then, every March 1, your stars will reset to 0, and you'll need to requalify for your current level in order to remain there after the next level reset of the membership year.

  For example: If you are at Level 3 on February 28, 2022, you’re locked into the Level 3 status for the next membership year: March 1, 2022 until February 28, 2023. To stay Level 3 for the membership year 2023-24, you'll need to collect sufficient stars (≥ 3000 stars) during the 2022-23 membership year. If instead you collect insufficient stars (< 3000 stars) during the 2022-23 membership year, your level will reset to Level 2 at the beginning of the 2023-24 membership year.

• How do I receive my rewards?

  We will alert you by email and/or push notification. Whatever the benefit, we'll email you everything you need to make sure you get your reward. To know about the reward as soon as possible we reccomend you to download our Maasmechelen Village app and turn on your push notifications.

• What if I have more than one Maasmechelen Village account?

  At this time, we cannot combine accounts, so to maximize your treats, we urge you to shop under one account only. By shopping under one account, you can receive credit toward your program level status for every purchase you make (and reap some serious rewards).

• Wait, so what do I get on my birthday?

  For: Level 1, Level 2 & Level 3 At each level you'll receive a birthday surprise. Happy birthday to YOU!

• Leveling up: how it works

  You'll graduate to the next level once you've reached the spend ceiling for your current one—and you'll also receive a level up reward, a token of our appreciation!

  To go to the next level, you'll need to collect sufficient stars. Below you can find the amount of stars: Level 1: 0 - 999 stars Level 2: 1.000 - 2.999 stars Level 3: plus 3.000 stars
