When I go shopping in Maasmechelen Village with my friends, I always stop by Essentiel Antwerp – I love their passion for colour and prints. At Zadig&Voltaire I always find an elegant, yet cool outfit and the LIU·JO boutique is one of my must-visits.

Take a break from shopping in one of the Village’s many restaurants and cosy terraces. One of my favourites is Le Petit Belge, a charming bistro where you can enjoy classic Belgian dishes.

For my weekend stays, I love to check in at one of the luxurious hotels in the lush, green surrounds of the Village, such as La Butte aux Bois.

I love to enjoy a wellness moment in La Butte aux Bois’ beautiful spa, or at one of the other sumptuously appointed spas in the area.
