In its restaurants and shops, Parma Menù’s culinary offering ranges from breakfasts of high-quality coffee and homemade cake, to lunches of traditional Emilian dishes or platters of cured meats and fragrant fried pies, not to mention delicious aperitivi – all made in Parma.
Everything on the menu is home-grown, including many of the raw ingredients: wheat used in the flour, oil from native olive trees and exceptional wine from historic vineyards come from the company's own farm. Included on the Emilia Romagna register of historic shops, Parma Menù has been a destination to discover the best of Parma's food and wine for over 50 years.
