Bollicine Champagne Bar is the brainchild of two entrepreneurial friends and their shared passion for Champagne, the symbol par excellence of festivity, conviviality and cheerfulness. The format envisages the combination of France’s most famous wine and the king of Italian cured meats, Culatello di Zibello pdo.
Bollicine means Bubbles in Italian. It’s the name we use to identify sparkling wines.
To us, sparkling wines are connected to the idea of festivities, party and quality time and champagne is the richest and most luxurious product among them. So the name evoke a sense of festivity and cheerfulness.
Bollicine&Co. guests can find a luxury but cozy ambient where they can taste top quality products, welcomed by the typical Italian hospitality.
