How to claim your offer

  1. To redeem your 10% saving, simply download your VIP Pass by selecting the relevant Village you wish to visit below, add the QR code to your eWallet and present it in participating boutiques and restaurants.

  2. To redeem Hands-free Shopping and to receive your refreshment voucher, present your VIP Pass at Concierge Services upon arrival at the Village.

  3. To redeem your complimentary Shopping Express ticket, select your chosen Village below and input the promotional code at the point of purchase.

  4. To book your Reserved Parking space, access to Village’s private suite, email the Village you plan to visit at least 48 hours in advance using the Guest Services email address below and include an image of your boarding pass.
