How to claim your offer

    Present your receipts along with your Miles & More service card to the Concierge Service, and the miles will be credited directly to your mileage account.

  3. Digital Services

    Alternatively, you can send us your receipts by email by 21 September 2026. The miles will be credited to your account within a few business days.

Conditions

The offer of double Miles (or triple Miles for Village Members) is valid for Miles & More participants at Wertheim Village from 7 September 2026 (00:00) until and including 19 September 2026 (11:59 pm).

To receive your Miles, please present your same-day purchase receipts together with your Miles & More Service Card at the Concierge Services in Wertheim Village. Alternatively, you may submit your request, including the relevant supporting documents, by email to FrequentFlyerRewards@WertheimVillage.com no later than 21 September 2026 (11:59 pm).

Retroactive mileage credits cannot be granted. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion or Miles & More mileage campaign.
