Terms and Conditions for Emirates Skyward Members

This promotional offer has been arranged for the benefit of Emirates Skywards members only (each a “Member” and together the “Members”), and is provided by Value Retail Management Limited (“Value Retail”). The terms and conditions that apply to this offer are:

1. Period of Promotion:
a. This promotional offer is available to Members during the period 04 May 2024 to 02 June 2024 only (the “Period of Promotion”), and is available 7 days a week.

2. Double Miles Offer:
a. This promotional offer is available at Bicester Village only.
b. Members who, during the Period of Promotion, present:
i. their Emirates Skywards membership card together with their invitation to this promotional offer at Bicester Village; and
ii. their receipts for goods (including food and beverages) made by that Member at one or a number of various boutiques at Bicester Village (“Qualifying Purchases”), shall be entitled to receive two (2) Emirates Skywards Miles instead of the usual one (1) Emirates Skywards Miles for every £1 (the “Double Miles Offer”).
c. Claims for this Double Miles Offer can only be made:
i. at the Guest Concierge at Bicester Village on the date the Qualifying Purchases are made; or
ii. digitally within 24 hours of the date of the Qualifying Purchases by following the procedure detailed at the following link https://www.thebicestercollection.com/en/legal/loyalty-programmes-tcs.
d. This Double Miles Offer is not available to Members who have exceeded the Annual Threshold set out at paragraph 3(c) below.
e. Subject to paragraph 2 c(ii), No retroactive claims will be permitted in connection with this Double Miles Offer.

3. General
a. Members acknowledge that Value Retail will need to collect and process the Member’s personal data (which may include their name, membership card number (or a part thereof), transactional spend, place of residence, gender, date of birth, email address, land and/or mobile numbers and other contact details as may be required by Value Retail or by their partners or the participating boutiques) to enable this promotional offer to be redeemed for the benefit of the Member and for the purposes of tracking the levels of a Member’s spend at the Villages that form part of The Bicester Collection (the “Villages”) to assess whether certain annual spend thresholds have been met (see paragraph 3(c) below).
b. All collection and processing of such personal data by Value Retail will be conducted in accordance with Value Retail’s Privacy Policy, which can be accessed here; and Bicester Village’s Privacy Policy, which can be accessed here.
c. Value Retail maintains records of the collective annual spend made by Members at the Villages, which is redeemed for Emirates Skywards Miles. Where a Member has applied for Emirates Skywards Miles and, at any point within a calendar year, the Member’s collective annual spend at the Villages during that year which is associated with the redemption of Emirates Skywards Miles is equal to or exceeds €30,000 (the “Annual Threshold”) then the rate at which the Emirates Skywards Miles will be awarded for that Member for the remainder of that year will be a reduced rate of one (1) Emirates Skywards Mile for every £5 or €5 spent. Neither the Double Miles Offer nor any other award of Emirates Skywards Miles will be available to Members who have exceeded the Annual Threshold.
d. Value Retail reserves the right to refuse to award any Emirates Skywards Miles under the Double Miles Offer in cases of actual or suspected fraud.
e. The right to benefit from this promotional offer is personal to the recipient of an invitation, and may not be transferred. The invitation may not be copied, reproduced or distributed in any form, or by any means for use by a person other than the original recipient.
f. This promotional offer may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer, coupon or other voucher. Any receipts for Qualifying Purchases used in conjunction with this offer may not then be used to claim miles or points in respect of other loyalty partners/programmes.
g. The benefits granted by this promotional offer cannot be exchanged for cash.
h. Value Retail reserves the right to withdraw or cancel this promotional offer for any reason at any time.
i. Value Retail will not be liable to the Member for any financial loss arising out of refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of this promotional offer, or any failure or inability of the Member to take advantage of this promotional offer.
