Bicester Village Members Monthly Reward Terms and Conditions – Cecconi's Supper Club Experience

  1. These terms apply to the offer of a Italian supper club experience (a seven course tasting menu) being held at 17:30 (5:30pm) until 21:00 (9pm) on both 25 or 26 January at Cecconi's restaurant, Bicester Village for £60 per person (“Reward”) issued by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registered number 02884096 and registered office is at Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD) (“we”, “us”, “our”) in connection with our Membership Programme.

  2. Our Membership Programme, and is governed by the following Terms and Conditions  and by redeeming the Reward you also accept in full these additional monthly Reward Terms and Conditions.

  3. The Reward is available for booking from 09:00 (9am) 15 January 2024 until the earlier of either i) 25 or 26 January 2024 (depending on which event you book) or ii) 60 successful bookings of the Reward for (30 bookings maximum per event) (the “Offer Period”) when a member of our Membership Programme (“Member”) books the Reward and makes a payment of £60 per person via the Booking system (accessible via the Member dashboard) during the Offer Period (“Qualifying Transaction”).

  4. We're donating £5 from the supper club experience event ticket to our DO GOOD charity partners, Brides do Good, IntoUniversity, Smart Works, and World Connect who support our shared vision to unlock the future of women and children wherever they're born.

  5. There is a maximum of one Reward per Member (each Member can book up to 10 spaces on the Italian supper club experience) while stocks last (there is a maximum of 30 spaces per event available (60 in total) on a first come first serve basis).

  6. The Reward is open to Members aged eighteen (18) years or over (as per the Membership Terms and Conditions).

  7. Members, who successfully book the Reward will receive a booking confirmation email.

  8. To redeem the Reward, Members who have successfully booked the Reward must scan their Membership Code at Cecconi's restaurant at the start of the relevant booked event between 17:15 (5:15pm) and 17:30 (5:30pm) on either 25 or 26 January.

  9. The Reward is provided on our behalf by Cecconi's restaurant, an independent retailer operating at Bicester Village. Please discuss any allergen information directly with them prior to redemption.

  10. In the event that the Reward becomes unavailable for any reason, an alternative of equivalent or greater value will be substituted at our absolute discretion.

  11. We have arranged this Reward in good faith, and you agree that neither we nor our related companies or the owners of Bicester Village are responsible in any way for, and make no guarantee regarding, the goods obtained as a result of the Reward.

  12. Rewards are personal to the original recipient Member and may not transferred to any third party, exchanged for cash nor redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.
