Bicester Village Monthly Reward Terms and Conditions – The Cosmetics Company Store.

  1. These terms apply to the offer of up to 25% off at The Cosmetics Company Store (“Reward”) issued by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registered number 02884096 and registered office is at Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD) (“we”, “us”, “our”) in connection with our Membership Programme.

  2. Our Membership Programme, and this monthly Reward is governed by the following Terms and Conditions and by redeeming the Reward you also accept in full these additional Monthly Reward Terms and Conditions.

  3. The Reward is available for redemption between 9am (09:00) 1 December 2023 and 7pm (19:00) on 10 December 2023 (the “Offer Period”) when a member of our Membership Programme (“Member”) makes a purchase at The Cosmetics Company Store at Bicester Village during the Offer Period (“Qualifying Transaction”).

  4. The Reward cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer, with student or blue light discount. It excludes current season full price collections and/or continuity bestselling products , sale and clearance items, gift cards and Jo Malone London and La Mer product. Please check stock availability directly with The Cosmetics Company Store prior to purchase.

  5. To claim the Reward present and scan your Membership Code at The Cosmetics Company Store when you make the Qualifying Transaction.

  6. If Members forget to present and scan their Membership Code at the time of the Qualifying Transaction during the Offer Period, the The Cosmetics Company Store will be unable to scan their Membership Code retrospectively for redemption of the Reward.

  7. The Reward is provided on our behalf by The Cosmetics Company Store, an independent retailer operating at Bicester Village. Please discuss any allergen information directly with them prior to redemption.

  8. We have arranged this Reward in good faith, and you agree that neither we nor our related companies or the owners of Bicester Village are responsible in any way for, and make no guarantee regarding, the goods obtained as a result of the Reward.

  9. Rewards are personal to the original recipient Member and may not transferred to any third party, exchanged for cash nor redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.
