Bicester Village Annual Membership Reward Terms and Conditions – The Cosmetics Company

  1. These terms apply to the offer of a consultation and an Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair Serum 30ml from The Cosmetics Company (“Reward”) issued by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registered number 02884096 and registered office is at Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD) (“we”, “us”, “our”) in connection with our Membership Programme.

  2. Our Membership Programme, and this Annual Membership Reward is governed by the following Terms and Conditions and by redeeming the Reward you also accept in full these additional Reward Terms and Conditions.

  3. All Level 2 Members will be eligible for the Reward between 15:00 (3pm) 1 March 2024 and 18:00 (6pm) 28 February 2025 (the “Offer Period”) when a Member receives a ‘Welcome to Level 2’ email and/or push notification during the Offer Period (“Level 2 Welcome”).

  4. Members who become eligible for the Reward by reaching Level 2 Membership during the Offer Period may redeem the Reward until Monday 31 March 2025.

  5. There is a maximum of one Reward per Member. Please check stock availability directly with The Cosmetics Company.

  6. Once you have received your Level 2 Welcome, to claim the Reward present and scan your Membership Code at The Cosmetics Company when you redeem the Reward.

  7. The Reward is provided on our behalf by The Cosmetics Company, an independent retailer operating at Bicester Village. Please discuss any allergen information directly with them prior to redemption.

  8. In the event that the Reward becomes unavailable for any reason, an alternative of equivalent or greater value will be substituted at our absolute discretion.

  9. We have arranged this Reward in good faith, and you agree that neither we nor our related companies or the owners of Bicester Village are responsible in any way for, and make no guarantee regarding, the goods obtained as a result of the Reward.

  10. Rewards are personal to the original recipient Member and may not transferred to any third party, exchanged for cash nor redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.
