Bicester Village Members Reward Terms and Conditions

  1. These terms apply to the offer of either two complimentary mulled wines, hot ciders or non-alcoholic punch from the Festive Kiosk (“Reward”) issued by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registered number 02884096 and registered office is at Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD) (“we”, “us”, “our”) in connection with our Membership Programme.

  2. Our Membership Programme, and this Reward is governed by the following Terms and Conditions and by redeeming the Reward you also accept in full these additional Reward Terms and Conditions.

  3. The Reward is available for redemption between 9:00 14 November 2022 and 18:00 31 December 2022 (excluding Sunday 25th December as the Village is closed) (the “Offer Period”) for members of our Membership Programme (“Member”) who made a purchase of £50 or more in a single transaction during Private Sale (7 October until 31 October 2022, inclusive) and scanned their membership QR codes at the time or purchase at any boutique or food & beverage operators at Bicester Village (“Qualifying Transaction”).

  4. There is a maximum of one Reward (either two complimentary mulled wines, hot ciders or non-alcoholic punch) from the Festive Kiosk per Member, available on a first come first serve basis. There is a maximum of 900 Rewards available.

  5. To claim the Reward you must attend the Festive Kiosk during the Offer Period and present and scan your Membership QR Code at the relevant participating restaurant prior to ordering.

  6. The Reward cannot be split, the two complimentary drinks must be enjoyed at the point of redemption of the Reward.

  7. If Members forget to present and scan their Membership Code at the time of the Qualifying Transaction during the Offer Period, the relevant restaurant will be unable to scan their Membership Code retrospectively for redemption of the Reward.

  8. We have arranged this Reward in good faith, and you agree that neither we nor our related companies or the owners of Bicester Village are responsible in any way for, and make no guarantee regarding, the goods obtained as a result of the Reward.

  9. Rewards are personal to the original recipient Member and may not transferred to any third party, exchanged for cash nor redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.
