Bicester Village Members Monthly Reward Terms and Conditions – Ottolenghi Supper Club Experience
- These terms apply to the offer (the “Offer”) of an supper club event experience (a sharing menu featuring 12 dishes) being held at 19:00 (7pm) until 21:30 (9:30pm) on 25 April at Ottolenghi restaurant, Bicester Village for £50 per person issued by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registered number 02884096 and registered office is at Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD).
- The Offer is available for booking from 13:00 (1pm) 16 April 2024 until 13:00 (1pm) 24 April 2024. In order to book a payment of £50 per person must be made via the booking system during this booking period.
- There is a maximum of thirty (30) spaces available (which will be allocated on a first come first serve basis).
- The Offer is open to guests aged eighteen (18) years or over.
- Guests, who successfully book the Offer will receive a booking confirmation email.
- The event is provided on our behalf by Ottolenghi restaurant, an independent restaurant operating at Bicester Village. Please discuss any allergen information directly with them prior to redemption.
- In the event that the event/Offer becomes unavailable for any reason, an alternative of equivalent or greater value will be substituted at our absolute discretion.
- We have arranged this event in good faith, and you agree that neither we nor our related companies or the owners of Bicester Village are responsible in any way for, and make no guarantee regarding, the goods/food/services obtained as a result of the Offer.
- Tickets are personal to the original recipient and may not transferred to any third party, exchanged for cash nor redeemed in conjunction with any other offers
