Established in Milan in 1979, Panino Giusto first launched as an ambitious project to reimagine the beloved Italian sandwich; one that expressed the quality and excellence of the country’s culinary skills whilst meeting the city’s energetic demand for fast but quality dining.
With a commitment to Italian produce, masterful ingredient pairings and respect for seasonal produce, the adored sandwich eatery soon became recognised as “the Italian Art of the Panino,” drawing interest from around the world.
Now with 29 restaurants across Italy, Hong Kong, Japan, the UK and the US, along with a B Corporation certification – the first Italian food establishment to be granted one.
With a menu showcasing a selection of Prosciutto from Parma and Prague, along with bresaola from the valley of Valtellina, it’s hard to resist a taste of them all. But if there’s one you try during your visit, make it the Cacioburger.
