  Virtual shopping is a new service available at Fidenza Village which enables you to purchase products directly from the boutiques remotely and have them delivered directly to you by the boutiques.

• How does Virtual Shopping work?

  Visit our website and select your favourite brand from the participating boutiques’ list, then contact them directly by WhatsApp, phone or email to select items, make purchases and then arrange for them to be delivered by the boutiques to your home address. Delivery charges will apply – please ask the boutiques for details.

• Can I buy online at Fidenza Village?

  Unfortunately we currently do not offer an online shopping experience. You can shop collections from your favorite brands with our Virtual Shopping service, simply visit our website and select a brand from the participating boutiques’ list and contact them directly to start shopping, they will send your purchases to you..

• How do I found out which boutiques are participating?

  There are currently over 90 boutiques participating in the Virtual Shopping service.

• How do I pay my Virtual Shopping?

  Your purchases will be made securely via a digital payment solution.

• Are new boutiques going to be added?

  Yes, new boutiques will be added, it’s a good idea to visit the website regularly to find out the latest list of participating boutiques.

• Can I return/exchange an item?

  Yes, please check with the individual boutiques as terms and conditions will vary.

• Do you gift wrapping?

  No, all purchases will come in the brand’s packaging.
