Retail Experience Programme
The career you never imagined
Born from the twenty years of experience of Fidenza Village and The Bicester Collection, the Retail Experience Programme is a high-level training initiative designed for those who want to build or strengthen a professional career in retail and food & beverage.
Through a training journey led by industry experts, the programme aims to provide young talents with the knowledge and tools needed for effective workplace management.
From marketing to hospitality, from sustainability to clienteling, each session is enriched with business case studies and insights from professionals working in international companies and The Bicester Collection.
At the end of the programme, participants will have the opportunity to consolidate their learning by developing and presenting a project work, which is required to obtain the certificate of participation.
Following the three pillars “Learn, Inspire & Fun”, participants will gain greater awareness and confidence to pursue a managerial career in the world of retail and food & beverage.

- Meet us for an interview.
- Formally enrol on the course once payment has been made.
INFO AND COSTS

When: The course lasts 6 months, from January to June 2026, with 9 weekly sessions of 4 hours each. Applications are open until 15 December 2025.

How: Sessions will be held exclusively in person to ensure maximum interaction between participants and professionals. The programme includes group work and a final project, which will be presented during the closing ceremony.

Cost: The programme fee is €600. Register by 15 November to benefit from the early bird rate of €300.

Requirements: A B2 level of English is required (sessions will be held in both Italian and English). A minimum attendance of 80% is mandatory, along with a strong passion for the world of retail and food & beverage.
