Lunch: tortelli d’erbetta

Seek out a family-run trattoria on one of the city’s quieter streets, where locals gather over plates of tortelli d’erbetta. “You absolutely have to try it. It’s a traditional dish from the Parma area and one of my favourites,” Anita shares. These delicate herb-and-ricotta parcels – freshly rolled each morning and dressed with butter and aged Parmigiano-Reggiano – have been perfected over generations. Come descriveresti il tuo stile estivo in poche parole? Facile, divertente e con un tocco di colore. 

Come rendi la sartorialità rilassata e attuale per la stagione calda? È tutta una questione di tessuti e vestibilità. Sostituisco lana e cashmere con cotone, lino e seta e lascio che sia la silhouette a parlare – un blazer oversize indossato aperto su uno slip dress oppure pantaloni a gamba larga con solo una semplice canotta. La sartorialità non deve per forza essere rigida. Quando si muove con te, è moderna.  Qual è il segreto per uno stile estivo curato ma allo stesso tempo effortless?  Investire nei giusti capi base. Quando la qualità c’è, non serve fare molto – è il tessuto a fare il lavoro. E onestamente, d’estate meno è sempre meglio. Un pezzo forte, e il resto rimane discreto.

Quali trend estivi pensi valga la pena tenere d’occhio in questo momento? Il layering sheer fatto con intenzione – non rivelatore, ma leggero e direzionato. Beige chiaro, bianco o marrone come neutri al posto del nero. E un ritorno ad accessori davvero belli e curati – un sandalo scultoreo, una borsa artigianale. Qualità sopra quantità sembra essere la vera tendenza e la scelta più giusta oggi. 

Cosa rende l’esperienza di shopping al Fidenza Village particolarmente facile e piacevole? Oltre alla selezione di boutique, che è eccellente, ciò che amo di più è che è un’esperienza italiana completa. Puoi fare shopping, poi fermarti per un ottimo pasto, scoprire un’installazione artistica e passeggiare in un bellissimo giardino all’aperto. E sono pet-friendly, che per me è sempre un grande plus – porto il mio cane Travis ogni volta che posso. Non sembra una tipica giornata di shopping; sembra una giornata ben spesa. 

Quali boutique nel Village ti attirano sempre? Ci sono capi che hai acquistato e a cui torni spesso? L’ultima volta sono andata subito da Etro, Scervino e Marni – tre energie molto diverse che insieme raccontano una storia estiva completa. Marni è un brand che amo da anni e a cui continuo a tornare; c’è qualcosa nel modo in cui giocano con colore e proporzioni che è sempre fresco senza sforzo. Ho anche un debole per Etro per gli accessori e per Scervino per gli abiti estivi – la femminilità è sempre giusta – mentre Prada, Stella McCartney, Ferragamo e Jil Sander sono boutique davanti a cui non passo mai senza fermarmi.
