Spontini® was founded in Milan in 1953 by the Innocenti family. Today, it’s an empire of 33 restaurants across Italy, Qatar, Korea and Japan. After such marked successes, the first Spontini pizzeria became a landmark and, in 2013, was recognised as a Bottega Storica by the Italian Chamber of Commerce, acknowledging it as a historical institution in Milan.

In 2022, Spontini pizzerias served 5 million slices of pizza. With its new venture, Spontini On The Go, the brand created its first ‘mobile’ pizzeria in the Milano Innovation District (MIND) in 2023. Here, the celebrated pizzas were made from a miniature kitchen set-up, squeezing the Innocenti family’s expertise into just 24 feet of space.
