Each boutique has its own fitting room policy. These policies will be continually updated by the brands should the guidelines change in the future. Please contact individual boutiques for more information. You can find all boutique contact details here.
Kildare Village accepts cash (Euro) , Kildare Village Gift Cards and major credit/debit cards such as, Visa and Mastercard.
Guests can also pay with Amex, Alipay, WeChat Pay, JCB Card, and Union Pay.
Some boutiques, such as Pandora, David Clulow, Clarks, Signet Jewellers, Tommy Hilfiger, Timberland, and Superdry, currently accept One4all gift cards.
Pandora, David Clulow, Clarks, Ernest Jones , Tommy Hilfiger, Timberland, Superdry all currently accept One4all vouchers.
Hands-free shopping, car charging, Dog Kennels, wheelchairs/mobility scooters, car Valet and Children's playground are available.
Yes, the Kildare Village Concierge is open for information on your visit, the boutiques, the restaurants, the local region and more. You can buy a Gift Card online here or drop into the Concierge during opening hours.
Yes, Kildare Village has an outdoor children's playground. Access to the playground is weather permitting.

You can share your personal code with the boutiques when shopping virtually by following the quick and easy steps below .
If shopping via WhatsApp or Email:
- Log into your personal account via the Kildare Village website or app.
- Screenshot your personal QR code.
- Send to the boutique via WhatsApp or email.
- The boutique can then scan the code in-store.
If shopping via phone or videocall:
- Log into your personal account via the Kildare Village website or app.
- Underneath your personal QR code, you will see a sixteen digit numeric code.
- Verbally share this code with the boutique
- The code will then be manually entered in-store.
*we would invite you to always ask the boutique about scanning your personal code when shopping.

Yes, you can add your Kildare Village Membership code to you digital wallet. Simply log into the Kildare village app, press and hold the QR code until a pop-up appears.
The pop-up will give the option with add to your wallet.
For member exclusive sales, such as Private Sale, you must present your unique Member QR code in the boutique when purchasing. Your QR code can be found in the Kildare Village app or when you login to your account on a web browser. You can download the app here.
If you forget to scan your membership QR code at the time of your purchase, the relevant boutique will be unable to scan your code retrospectively. In any situation, we may choose to award Stars on a discretionary basis for any reason.
Parking and Transport
We offer spacious outdoor parking facilities. Please follow the directions of our parking attendants who will assist you in finding the best available parking space.
No, we offer complimentary parking to all Kildare Village guests.
Kildare Village offers guests competitively priced electric vehicle charging through ChargePoint services. Each ChargePoint station facilitates 2 vehicles charging up to 11kW each. There are 6 stations located in the left main carpark and 7 stations located in the multi-storey carpark to the rear of the Village.

Our App and e-Services
The Kildare Village app will give you full information about our new Shopping Protocols. This information is also on our website and can be accessed via QR codes in the Village.
One of the principle advantages of downloading the app is to use our new digital interactive map here to navigate the Village and find your favourite brand or restaurant. All opening hours are also clearly indicated.You can also access information on new digital services such as virtual queueing here which allows you to make the most of your time in the Village.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout Kildare Village which will require an email address to log in.
