MONTHLY DRAW OF PERSONALISED MINIATURES BY THE ARTIST "TVBOY", FOR THE FOLLOWERS OF LA ROCA VILLAGE ON INSTAGRAM, DURING THE MONTHS OF JUNE, JULY AND AUGUST 2023.

THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL APPLY TO PARTICIPANTS IN THE DRAW WHICH WILL TAKE PLACE FROM THE THE DRAW THAT WILL BE CARRIED OUT FROM THE INSTAGRAM PROFILE OF LA ROCA VILLAGE:

1. The Organiser is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., with NIF B-60.689.486 (hereinafter the "Organiser" or "La Roca Village indistinctly), the entity that manages, among others, the outlet centre La Roca Village. The Organiser can be contacted at its registered office at La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, C.P. 08430 (Barcelona).
2. The Organiser sets out below the terms and conditions of the prize draw (the "Prize Draw" and the "Rules", respectively) aimed exclusively at followers of the La Roca Village account on the Instagram channel.
3. The territorial scope of this Sweepstakes extends to the territory of Spain, i.e. both mainland and island.
4. The Organiser will carry out one draw per month during the months of June, July and August 2023, i.e. a total of 3 draws. The entry period will begin on 9 June 2023 and end on 31 August 2023 at 23:59h inclusive (the "Period"). Participants will be able to enter the Prize Draw during the Term and will be among the potential winners for the Prize Draw that takes place during the Term.

The draw for the month of June will take place on the first working day of July. 4.2. July draw: From 1 July 2023 and participation in the draw will close on 31 July 2023 at 23:59 hours. Thereafter, participants will be entered into the August draw. The draw for the month of July will take place on the first working day of August. 4.3. August draw: From 1 August 2023 and participation in the draw will close on 31 August at 23:59 hours, coinciding with the end of the Period. The draw for the month of August for the month of August will take place on the first working day of September. 5. Participation in the Prize Draw is free of charge. Only one entry per person per prize draw is allowed. Therefore, each participant may only participate once in each monthly draw. The Sweepstakes will be entered as a single profile, i.e. each participant can only become a winner of one of the monthly Sweepstakes. The prizes will be communicated directly to the directly to the winners. 6. During the period of validity, two (2) miniature reproductions of spray cans customised by the renowned artist "TVBOY", who will sign each miniature, will be drawn by lottery. Each miniature has a value of two hundred Euros (200.-Euros). There will be two (2) winners per monthly draw and they will receive the prize for that month. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash value, nor for alternative prizes, not even of lesser value.The prizes consist of and are as set out above and do not extend to any other concept that is not expressly specified, including but not limited to the following exclusions:

• Per diems;
• Transfers;
• Fees and taxes, including those derived from prizes and the tourist tax.

7. In order to be eligible to enter each Prize Draw, entrants (existing and new followers resident in Spain - who become followers during the Term - of the La Roca Village Instagram account) must comply with all of the following conditions:
8. The Entrant must follow the @larocavillage account on Instagram.
9. The Participant must post a photo featuring one of the TV Boy's works that are part of the Village's "Streets of LOVE" exhibition.
10. The Participant must mention the @larocavillage account in this post.
11. The profile with which the Participant enters the Sweepstakes must be public. Otherwise, the post will not be visible to the Organiser. In other words, private profiles will not be eligible to participate in the Prize Draw and will not be eligible for prizes.
12. Each Prize Draw will be conducted as follows:

a. It will be held on the day indicated in advance, for the corresponding month. The winners will be published on the same day. b. Winners will be chosen at random via the platform random.org. Two other participants will also be selected as alternates (one for each winner). c. Each winner will receive a direct message from Instagram (in the user account used to participate) on the same day of the Draw or the following day confirming to be the winner of the Draw, and must respond to that same message received and in that same conversation within 15 calendar days with their contact details (name, surname, address, landline and/or mobile phone number, ID number, and email address). d. In the event that a winner expressly renounces or does not reply within the specified period, the winner will automatically forfeit the prize and the Organiser will be entitled to select the respective substitute participant as the new winner. The alternate entrant will be contacted following the above procedure and will be given a further 15 calendar days to respond as indicated in c) above. If the substitute participant expressly renounces or no communication is received from him/her during the aforementioned period, the prize will be deemed void and no compensation will be due. 9. Time limit for collecting the prizes: The maximum deadline for the physical collection of the prizes at the Customer Service Point of La Roca Village will be the 30th of September, until 9pm. After the aforementioned date, the corresponding winners - whether original or substitutes in the cases After this date, the corresponding winners - whether original winners or substitutes in the cases provided for above - will lose their right to the prize and the draw will be declared void, with no right to any compensation whatsoever. The winner must prove their identity by showing their ID card, passport and/or driving licence to the staff at the La Roca Village Customer Service Point. The following persons are expressly prohibited from participating in this prize draw:

• Persons under 18 years of age;
• Partners, executives and employees of the Organiser or of La Roca Villages Rozas Village, La Roca Village or of the other companies of the group of companies that apply The Bicester Collection concept, the agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers, direct or indirect collaborators who have participated in the preparation of the promotion, as well as the children and direct relatives of all of them.
• If, for any reason, a person listed in the previous paragraph is a winner, the Organiser may disqualify the offending participant and withdraw/invalidate the corresponding prize for non-compliance with the participation requirements. Any attempt at fraud may be prosecuted by the Organiser and to this end, the Organiser reserves the right to initiate any action it may be entitled to in order to actions it may be entitled to take in order to claim damages and any other rights it may have. In such an event, the winner of the relevant prize draw will be the alternate winner.

In any case, the Organiser is exonerated from liability for the fraudulent participation of third parties and for the malpractice of these, external to the Organiser, in the promotion and development of the Sweepstakes. The Organiser shall not be liable for cases of force majeure as well as for acts that are not directly attributable to the Organiser, which may prevent the winner from enjoying all or part of his prize. The Organiser accepts no liability for entries not successfully completed due to technical failure, failure of computer equipment or software, or any kind of satellite, network or server failure. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equivalent or greater value if circumstances beyond the Organiser's control make this necessary. The mere participation in the Prize Draw implies full acceptance of these Rules, implying that the participant has read and understood them and expressly accepts their full content, without reservations or limitations. The Rules will be permanently available for consultation and printing by all participants on the Organiser's website (https://www.thebicestercollection.com/la-roca-village/es). The Organiser reserves the right to modify or cancel the conditions of this prize draw at any time, undertaking to communicate the new Rules, conditions or definitive cancellation, if applicable. In particular, if for reasons of force majeure, beyond the control of the Organiser, the La Roca Village outlet centre has to be closed to the public and therefore it will not be possible to carry out the Draw. The draw could not be carried out, participants will not be able to make any claim whatsoever to the Organiser. 11. Participants acknowledge and accept that the Organiser gives no guarantees with respect to the prize that the winner will acquire for the Prize Draw, so that nothing is obliged to claim from the Organiser. 12. In compliance with the provisions of current legislation, where applicable, the Organiser will withhold the corresponding Personal Income Tax from the winner of the prize, and will declare the prizes awarded in the corresponding tax forms. The fiscal repercussions that the winning of the prize has or may have on the taxation of the winners shall be the taxation of the winners will be for their own account, and the Organiser will be exempt from any liability whatsoever. 13. The winners of the prize draw accept and authorise that the mention of their name, image and the prizes won may be published on the website and social networks of the Organiser, as well as in any other commercial, advertising or communication media that the Organiser may use, in order to inform and publicise the result of the prize draw. Said authorisation is given solely for this purpose, on a non-exclusive and non-transferable basis. The winners undertake to participate, on reasonable terms, in subsequent advertising initiatives that may be requested by the Organiser. 14. These Rules are governed by Spanish Law. Failure to comply with any of the rules and regulations set out in these Rules by the participant will result in immediate disqualification and expulsion from the prize draw, with forfeiture of the prize, if applicable. 15. The participants and the Organiser accept that any disputes that may arise in the interpretation or execution of these Rules will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona City. 16. Protection of personal data The Organiser will process the data for the purpose of carrying out and managing the Prize Draw, as well as for contacting the participant to communicate any event or activity related to the Prize Draw (e.g. communicating your status as a winner, erroneous participations, extensions or changes in the conditions), the processing being necessary and legitimised by the contractual execution derived from your participation in the Prize Draw. The data provided will not be communicated to other parties other than those suppliers who provide a service to the Organiser, such as collecting information from participants, determining the winner, etc. The data will be processed by the Organiser while the prize draw is still open for participation, as well as for the time necessary to determine the winner. Once all the winners have been notified, the data will be retained for the period necessary to comply with the Organiser's legal obligations, including those periods of limitation of any action arising from the Sweepstakes (e.g. up to 3 years for any case related to consumer and user protection). Each participant has the right of access, rectification, suppression, opposition, limitation or portability, which may be exercised by sending a written communication to Dpto Jurídico, La Roca Village, Santa Agnès de Malanyanes, La Roca del Vallès, C.P. 08430 (Barcelona) or to legal@larocavillage.com, indicating on the envelope or in the title of the e-mail: "Ref: Personal details - Instagram Sweepstakes "Miniatures personalised by the artist TVBOY". You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if he/she considers that the data has been processed in contravention of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions or the applicable regulations. All participants guarantee that the personal data provided to the Organiser within the framework of this Prize Draw are true and accurate. Any falsification of the participant's identity or address will result in the automatic elimination of his/her participation and the cancellation of the prize won, if applicable. If you do not consent to the processing of your personal data as indicated in the above paragraphs, please refrain from participating in the Sweepstakes.
