The Brand Recruitment Site is dedicated to recruitment opportunities within the retail outlets in Villages within The Bicester Collection. You should read through the Policy to fully understand the basis upon which we and Wertheim Village Brand Partners will use your information including what information we collect about you, how the information is used, where the information is stored and to whom the information is disclosed. This Policy only applies to information we collect via the Brand Recruitment Site and is in addition to our individual privacy policies which relate to our use of information about you other than in connection with the Brand Recruitment Site.
By providing us with your personal information through the Brand Recruitment Site you agree to this Policy and you consent to us and the Wertheim Village Brand Partners processing information about you in the manner and for the purposes set out in this Policy.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will use your personal information provided through the Brand Recruitment Site for recruitment purposes only and as set out in this Policy. We will keep your personal information safe and comply with applicable Data Protection legislation in place.
Who we are

The entities listed are the administrator of the Brand Recruitment Service provided via the Brand Recruitment Site or are the owners and operators of Wertheim Village. We administer the Brand Recruitment Service provided via the Brand Recruitment Site but will not be directly involved in the recruitment process of the Wertheim Village Brand Partners. References in this Agreement to “we” or “us” are to the entities listed. Each of the listed entities are committed to protecting your privacy and are joint data controllers within the meaning of data protection laws applicable in the EU and EEA.
Your information will be shared with and made available to Wertheim Village Brand Partners who use the Brand Recruitment Site from time to time. The Wertheim Village Brand Partners are the legal entities that are the operators of the boutiques within Wertheim Village who will change from time to time. Please click here for details of our current list of the Brands which have boutiques at Wertheim Village. The Wertheim Village Brand Partners are also data controllers within the meaning of data protection laws applicable in the EU and EEA.
What information do we collect about you?
The Brand Recruitment Site is made available to the Wertheim Village Brand Partners to support their recruitment process. We collect the personal information you submit to the Brand Recruitment Site, which may include, your CV, your name, address, e-mail address, skill, education, employment history, desired positions, languages spoken, availability, nationality and any other information requested which relates to or is part of a job application. We do not seek to collect sensitive data. We and/or the Wertheim Village Brand Partners may also collect information about you from third parties such as referees, application screening partners previous employers or education establishments.
How we use your information
We use the information held about you solely in connection with administering the Brand Recruitment Site. We may send you notifications of changes to the site and may also contact you periodically to update your personal information and to send general email communications about recruitment events and job opportunities with Wertheim Village Brand Partners. When new jobs are added to the Brand Recruitment Site we may send you job alerts. We may use your information for recruitment analysis.
The Wertheim Village Brand Partners may use the information held about you in one or more of the following ways:
Recruitment – The Wertheim Village Brand Partners may use your information in order to consider you for recruitment opportunities at Wertheim Village. The Brands may communicate with you about these opportunities and if your application is successful, the information will be used to process your employment with them. They will not always notify you if your application is unsuccessful. Your information will be stored in
the Brand Recruitment Site and you will be able to log into the system and track how an application is progressing.
The Brand Recruitment Site will enable you to share your information with Wertheim Village Brand Partners either by applying for a specific role or by making a general application. You can select which Wertheim Village Brand Partners will see your information from the settings in your profile on the Brand Recruitment Site. If you select to only make the information available to a particular Wertheim Village Brand Partner or in connection with a specific role with a Wertheim Village Brand Partner then the information that is collected through the Brand Recruitment Site will only be available to that Wertheim Village Brand Partner who will be able to view your information on the Brand Recruitment Site or transfer your information to their own systems. Any information provided in connection with an application for a specific role will be retained on the Brand Recruitment Site for up to 12 months so that at any time you can choose to make it available as a general application so that it can be viewed by all Wertheim Village Brand Partners.
If you have provided information as part of a general application or if you select to make it available for consideration by all Wertheim Village Brand Partners then the information that is collected through the Brand Recruitment Site will be available to all current and future Wertheim Village Brand Partners each of whom will be able to view your information on the Brand Recruitment Site or transfer your information to their own systems. If you are being considered for a role with a Wertheim Village Brand Partner then you can choose whether your information will also be available to be viewed by other Wertheim Village Brand Partners at the same time. If you have made a general application then your information will remain available on the Brand Recruitment Site for so long as you are actively using the site. If you have not actively used the site for 12 months your information will be deleted.
If a Wertheim Village Brand Partner copies or downloads your information then they will be responsible for keeping such information safe and complying with applicable Data Protection legislation.
If you choose to use the Brand Recruitment Site we or our Wertheim Village Brand Partners may contact you by post, telephone, SMS text message or by email.
Where we store or process your information
The information we collect from you will also be transferred to, and stored at, or accessed from, a destination outside the EU and EEA by iCIMS in Canada in connection with hosting and the administration of the Brand Recruitment System by iCIMS from their offices in the USA and (ii) by Wertheim Village Brand Partners who transfer information from the Brand Recruitment Site to other sites outside the EU and EEA.
A list of persons who process your information relating to the Brand Recruitment Site on our behalf (i.e. our suppliers and partners) outside of the EU and the EEA is set out below:

We share information amongst ourselves and disclose information to:

This includes in specific cases exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection; and

Successors in title or replacement operators of all or part of our respective businesses.

While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of information that you submit online, and you do so at your own risk. We urge you to keep your username, password and any other log-in details in a safe place as you are responsible, together with the Wertheim Village Brand Partners for maintaining the confidentiality of the information that you submit to us.
Your rights
You have the right to ask us not to process your information. If you no longer wish us to store and process your information on our system, you can ask us to delete your information by contacting us at villagecareers@valueretail.com or at the address below.
You are entitled to ask us whether we are keeping information about you, the source of such information, the purposes for which it is used, and to whom it is disclosed. You can also ask to have access to any such information.
