Tasting of 24-, 36-, and 40-month aged Parmigiano Reggiano paired with a selection of local wines,at 5:00 PM at Ristorante Parma Menù.

A journey through flavors narrated by Michelin-Starred Chef Giancarlo Morelli

Discover the perfect blend of tradition and culinary innovation at a special Parmigiano Reggiano dinner at Signorvino. On Saturday, October 25, Michelin-starred Chef Giancarlo Morelli will lead a unique tasting experience, sharing his passion and vision. In collaboration with the Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium, the evening will feature prestigious wines like Champagne and Amarone.
